Yellowing Purpline Leaves? Any thoughts?

I have a second batch of SOG plants that are about a week or two from being finished but I have fan leaves that are starting to go yellow and purple and dry up despite no lack of watering. Temp is 22 at night, 26 during the day, humidity is 50-60 and all of the air in the room is cycled every 2 hours.

This is the second batch to do this, the first batch grew fine and smokes good but most of the leaves were yellowed and dry when I harvested.

The second batch isnt as bad yet, but its getting worse daily, any thoughts on what is going on?

that sfine if u r a week away. this is what you want. the plant has used up all available resources. check ur trichs. next time feed abit more, and dont be afraid to throw in some grow/veg formula for the needed n

That was the thought in the back of my head too, was that the buds were pillaging nutrients etc out of the leaves. I have been running 1500PPM GH flowering nutes until now. I am leeching for the next week or two till harvest.

Trichs are thick, looks like someone dropped flour on some of the buds.

Thanks for your input.

is this a hydro setup? 1500 ppms is alot and no way would your plant go deficient from this. 2 possiblities-excessive salt build up in the res, escpecially with Gh nutes-known for that-causing lockout, and 2, too high ppms off balance causing lockout. if hydro, really need to pick up some clearex, simply changing the res is not enough if you are also using rockwool. if so, try flushing from the top.
either way, i would keep those ppms closer to 1000 next time and flush the salt every 2 weeks with a res change. post some more pics of the plant

As you can see in the pics, I am using good old dirt. Sunshine #4. I posted a couple of the plants that have discolored leaves and a shot of the trichs on the top of the larger one.

I generally run 2 nute waterings followed by 2 just water waterings. There are about 2 waterings a week generally.

I was also thinking it might be nute burn. Maybe I'll try backing off the nutes some in the next grow.

Thanks for your input, this board is always great for getting feedback and information.

they look like they should for this time. u wont have to flush these gals. the top looks like it is kinda crispy-lights close? hard to be nute burned and def at same time, but I wouls suggest you nute every other instead of 2 in a row.

Awesome, that is the kind of confirmation I was hoping to get. I thought the same but figured it happend twice in a row, I should check RIU and see what others have to say.

That one big guy is a little closer to the lights than the others, maybe I'll raise it an inch or two.

I'll also try alternating nutes and no nutes in my water on the next grow.

You say I wont have to flush these gals, what should I look for to determine if they need flushing or not? Have read as much as I can off this site, but never found (or even thought to look for) when to flush and when not to flush. I kinda assumed it had to be done all the time.

Thanks for your help.

well there are diff types of flushing. u r looking at a preharvest flush, the idea being to force the plant to use up it's reserves and deplete itself of the nutes. but yours look like they have done that and look like they should be harvested soon. do check your trichs. you can water with black strap molasses but prob not necessary. as for general flushing, usually a good idea every 3 weeks and before flowering and 3-4 weeks into it.
