I love growing from a clone. I am very impatient and like the growing to get going ASAP... :joint:

I will check out your grow. Good luck!

 UPDATE :joint:

Happy Friday everyone.

Things are progressing pretty quickly this week. Babies have been growing approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch per day. May need to start considering flowering sooner rather than later. They are drinking a ton of my pre-mixed (ph and nutes) water, close to a 1/4 gallon per day. ph seems to be staying around 5.7 to 5.9 and the roots are growing like crazy.

I have attached some updated pictures because these ladies love when I show them off. :bigjoint:

Have a great weekend everyone!

Hello brother AG'er. Had my run with the AG and ended up being my clone machine or just to keep a strain or fems alive for future use. You might consider covering the black top of the AG rez with some mylar or white butcher paper to keep the rez cooler and avoid root rot. 75 is a little warm.
Hope your grow goes well.

LOL, that's what I hope to be using this for in the very near future. I am going to be doing a DWC grow next. Plan on using the AG for clones only. This thing is fun to play around on but it definately has its limitations. Root rot is my biggest concern right now. I feel that to much light may have gotten in early on and its damage will either make or break my first AG grow.

Oh well. The clones were only $30 anyway so no major loss if they end up dropping dead.

Thank's for the feedback! bongsmilie

I am definately going to look for better clone deals. The place I got these has now lowered their prices to $10.00 per clone, or buy 2 get on free. :)

Will probably start flowering next weekend. I need to move the ladies to my new pad this week.

Will be updating pics soon.

:bigjoint: UPDATE 4/07/2009 :bigjoint:

Hello everyone. I have been very busy with work lately and still in the process of moving.

Since the last update I have moved the babies to their new home. I purchased an indoor grow tent, lined the interior with Mylar (love the Mylar btw) and acquired four new heavy duty clamp light reflectors. I previously used lamps but have since learned these are much better since light emits sideways from these CFL's. I also got a new airstone that is pretty cool IMO. Instead of a 10" airstone wand that I previously used, this one is a 20 rubber bendable cord that I have wrapped completely the sides of the AG. The babies seem to be loving this a lot!!!

Tonight I finished the transition with my nutes from vegetative to flower. I switched the lights to 12/12 and am getting a tub setup similar to SICC's current grow that I plan to transition to next week. The reason I am moving them to a 10 gallon tub is because the roots are out of control. When I changed the res tonight I was blown away by the amount of roots that had grown the past week.

I have attached new pics of my grow to include the new tent I am now using.

Take care everyone and happy growin!!! bongsmilie

Dude...that fuckin grow closet is AWESOME!!!...

I gotta question... Why dont you get Ysplitters for those clamp lights.. so you can wiggle a couple more in there?? Also.. the clamp reflectors arent necessary if you got all that mylar coatin onthe walls right??

Just curious... I ordered some mylar im waiting on to coat the walls in my grow closet... But I dont use the clamp reflectors because it feels like its limiting the light from really hittin the mylar and distributing throughout the plant....
who the fuck knows... maybe im over thinking it...

Good Shit Either WAY!!

Thx man. I love the new tent and it seems to be working out great.

I was thinking the same thing about the mylar and the clamp reflectors. I figured why not? I want to add a few more CFL's this weekend and have been looking for a couple y-splitters to use for additional CFL's. I have a light density meter that I use for photography. This weekend I will run a test in the box with and without the reflectors to see if it increases the density without the reflectors. My babies are lovin the Mylar. They are getting freaking huge and I am beginning to worry about out growing this tent. I think I should have started flowering a lot sooner, but oh well this is my first grow and I am learning as I go...

I will post more pics tonight.

Later fellas!

:bigjoint: UPDATE 4/15/2009 :blsmoke:

Hello again.

Things are moving right along. I have been seeing tremendous growth at this time. Should have started flowering 2 weeks ago but that's water under the bridge. I guess I could have topped them too, but again that more water under the bridge. They have been floweing for a week now and it looks like I may need to employ some LST techniques. I am also wanting to add a few more CFL's with the ysplitters and did not find them at home depot. Maybe ACE?

Here are some pics from tonight. bongsmilie
