depends on many factors what medium, lightbulb, how many plants, using known clones or sprouting new seeds, your ventilation, etc., etc.

tho as a general rule of thumb a good grower can easily get 500grams off a 1000w
a great grower can double that number
a noob grower will be lucky to see half that

hope that helps you see that there is no definite answer for your question many factors to consider and many of them are up to you and your knowledge and experience

How long did it take you to figure out that formula? Probably at lot longer than it would take to give the ignorant bastard a straight answer, which is all he is here on this site for.

It all depends on the plant type, environment, and proper nutes. The air pot and the lights that you are using show that you have started off well. Good luck on your grow. Peace
