i have a couple of plants growing in a closet.they,re about 2-3 weeks old and are on they're third set of serrated leaves. the bottom ones (single blade) are starting to get brown /yellow dry spots.just started fertilizing yesterday, i use bottled water that i let sit out,and am using a 400w hps bulb about 2 feet from the plants, they are bag seeds. the pic isnt of my plants of my plants but its the same problem or at least has the same symptoms.

It's my first grow and i've got the same problem at the same stage of grow by the looks...I'm thinking either ph levels are off, especially as I've not yet tested, or a potassium deficiency. Anyone else got an idea? You sort the problem in the end?

She looks fine man. She is never going to look "perfect" the whole time the plant is alive, leaves do die off on their own. Don't stress yourself out over little things like that you will go crazy and end up killing the plant trying to fix one thing or the other. Just let her grow and maybe take it easy on the nutes a little. Looking good man keep it up.

haaaaaaaaaaaa
Thats the reasons people don't like RIU.

That plant looks good to me , but what i would say is that you dont want to be feeding just yet , I dont start with the nutes until about 6 weeks of vegging , Only give your plants water from now on for another couple of weeks , what was the NPK of the nutes you used ?
Those brown spots on your plants look to be just splashes when you have maybe watered your plants and the heat off your lamp has just scorched them , If you keep on feeding nutes @ this young age you will slowly kill your plants and by the time you try to fix the problem it will be too late , so lay off the nutes for a few weeks , Buzzing , Listening to UB40 ,Rat in me Kitchen , HomeGrown on Sky Plus ,Rolling a Spliff , OH YEH , OH YEH
