Younger clones still not in preflower

Started clones at various stages, some May and some as late as mid-July. The older ones are all in preflower and the younger ones, which range from 1-3 feet are not even showing sex. Being that the younger ones were all clones from the oldest plants, would they not go through the same flowering phases? Concerned they won’t finish in time as anything past the first week of October gets pretty dicey in these parts, weather wise. Thanks.

We are just about to hit full tilt flowering here in Cali. You should be seeing some action within the next 2 weeks.
