Just curious if I am in a acceptable direction for lighting. Grow space is 33 in high, 27 in deep and 24 inch wide. I plan to invest in a 400 watt system soon just not sure how soon it will be. I just assume to finish this harvest with CFL'S, with the space above mentioned what's your first thought on my lights I have 6 26w 6500k bulbs on three plants and Id like to put 6 more bulbs of the same type. Enough light for the first grow ?

the box I'm using right now is 24x20x34 w/d/h .IMAG1171.jpg
there's 10 x 26watt 2700K , 2 x 20watt 6500K and one 42watt 2700K but I've already started the 12/12 . if you're still vegging then your lights should suffice but after you flip them to flower
you're gonna need to change them 65K lights and get some 27K. so keep that in mind. how long do you plan on waiting before the flip ? you might run out of space . and posting some pics will get you more response . good luck with your grow

For a 3'X3'X4'ht. area, I run over 600W spread out over 16 mixed bulbs at varying heights.

You need more wattage, amend your current set-up w/at least 6 more 2700K's.

I'd beg to disagree. For such a small space, throwing in all these other lights will limit his space even more. Space for the fan? Estimated growth of the plant? Are you trying to grow secretly? Throwing in too many lights might cause uncontrollable spillage. Which would suck if it's a secret grow.

I say just don't use 26 watt CFLs. Complete waste of space unless they're 2700k, and they just don't push out the lumens you need. They have higher ones you could use that maximize your grow space.
