okay trust me.... NIRVANA is the best all around place to go for seeds. the nirvana shop is better than attitude also in opinion as well... cheaper shipping and better stealth, its actually better than the freebies.

NIRVANA CHRYSTAL - VERY VERY POWERFUL INDICA/SATIVA HIGH. SWEET FLAVOR, EASY TO GROW, FAST FLOWERING, VERY HIGH FLOWER TO LEAF RATIO. perfect strain in my opinion... and its about $34 bux plus shipping for 5 female seeds of it. i assure u will at least find one or two awesome keepers in a 5 pack. the last time i grew it, my buddy had dj shorts blueberry going too. my chrystal was much much more tasty and potent. in fact it was better in every way than the blueberry and coco kush which he had in an amazing setup too. that says alot about Chrystal, its no joke!!

I also have a white rhino female in 12/12 from Nirvana as well. its really looking like its gonna be as good as the chrystal was, and i have a NYPD that has the most intoxicating scent ive ever experienced... and geuss who exclusivley carries it? NIRVANA!!!

NIRVANA NIRVANA NIRVANA!!! im telling you.... and ive had all sorts of others. bubba kush, cali kush, super lemon haze, pineapple express, grape ape, mk ultra, northern lights, i mean i could go on and on. nirvana is right up there with the more expensive brands!

only nirvana i have grown, was ak48, it had a nice flavour, but was very unstable phenotype wise and low yielding
still, its nice to know you had good experiences with them
i am in the uk m8, so the "stealth" issue with seeds is not so much of a concern here

i have ordered a few times from the-seedstore.com
12 seeds for $16 and am waiting for 60 fem for $55.
customer service, non existant but the seeds showed except
for one time and i disputed the charge with cc company and got
my money back.looking forward to the white widows "in the mail". problems

i don't know if it was in this thread or not, but someone ragged on high quality seeds as being low viability, and say that's a load of kaka. their haze skunk is currently my favorite strain fo have a sick potency long lasting HIGH with no more couchlock than a bit of heavy eyelids overwhelmed by motivation. i think all 30 of those that i've dropped popped and i KNOW all of their thai skunks i'm trying now popped although one got dried out in it's cocoa pellet. i've heard that black label seeds is another one of their lines and i got 100% viability from that too with both strains being among the fastest starting strains i have out of almost a dozen from many other breeders too.

i expect that TGA subcool's jack's cleaner 2 might become my new favorite for a better lemon flavor and finishing a few weeks faster, but until i know it first hand, haze skunk has kicked EVERYTHING's ass that i've paid for since the mid 80s and can go toe to toe with the best 3-4 freebies i lucked into too. the only strain i like more is columbian gold as it's more visual, but wasn't quite as potent or long lasting and might have had a faster tolerance buildup where the haze skunk actually builds up in your system with a permabuzz and doesn't turn stony even after a month, so it has it's own strengths and is an equal.

maybe the other person got old stock from somewhere, is a total fuckup growing or even a liar, but i've had better luck with high quality seeds gear than the TWO barney's farm laughing buddhas that never showed leaf although the second one actually sprouted before snapping at the stem trying to pop out a peat pellet.

i'm not a fan of beans over $50 unless they're out of this world and stop caring around $100. beans that get me high as fuck for just $35 with great viability is a no brainer for me. i'm sad that i only have one haze skunk left after mold and drying out issues trying to maintain the right moisture levels with cocoa pellets and don't blame the haze skunks for that. i think i have 8 healthy thai skunks to test though and hope they compare well to their siblings if not surpass them, but i'd expect thai to be just as trippy as haze if not moreso. haze skunk was actually trippier than the 1/2 gram of a pure haze i was gifted.

i'm really hoping that holy smoke's malawi gold turns out to be the first "pure sativa" i get to see bud after getting 0 starts with mekong haze, nothing but suicidal mutants from vancouver island's burmese and a hermie out of the sativa seeds' full moon thai that finally started flowering when i was staring a second grow last year. i've ALWAYS wanted to try thai & malawi more than anything and was waiting for afropips' malawi to return until finding out he's blazing the on next plane now. i'd like to try and make a "better haze" that never gets closer to afghani than C99's energetic phenos, but that's doable indoors like old school hybrids. thatshould theoretically be the trippiest strain i've grown. i'm hoping it's less of a diva than highland thai and shows me some poonanny

i would prefer to keep it positive and be about what people like , but if they want to mention strains they do not like that's upto them

everyone's opinions are equal here as far as i am concerned .. since i believe what makes a good strain is all about personal taste and preferance anyway

i am not interested in creating a hierarchy of breeders or strains, just to hear what others have experienced

the list i posted at the start is just a list of seed companies/breeders that intrest me
i am not claiming they are better than any breeders that are not on the list, it's just what intrests me at the moment
some folk may say a particular strain is shit, others my love the same strain
i am interested in everyone's views
so if anyone says a strain is shit, that you love, don't sweat it

i like fruity,skunky and citrus flavored/smells in my cannabis plants, i prefer hybrids and indica's for their low flowering times and sleep aid properties + high yields, love a good stone but i also love pure sativa's and sativa dominant hybrids since they offer another spectrum of highs, pretty much anything that was well bred or original i will appreciate. top 10 for me is pointless since my fav's change after every year even though i have a few that will never change like a well grown Haze or NL or vortex.

don't trust fem only breeders, they give you reduced quality genetics(Barney's farm, GHSC, CH9, Dinafem, rokerij).

yeah this question could easily depend on wether u like sativas more or indicas. i prefer indicas... escpecially hybrids tho. Strains like Master Kush, Chrystal, Wonder Woman, Blackberry, White rhino, and White Castle... those are all easy to grow, and are known for their wonderfully mixed high. PLUS they are strains that Nirvana sells for a cheap price. i love the heck out of those forementioned strains... and nirvana even sells many more nice hybrids including the Ak48 thats so popular.

Im also happy with my Barney's Farm Crimea Blue fem from feminized seed. It is extremely stinky so far, i cant wait to see it finish.

Also i'd say G13 labs has a great strain in Pineapple Express, its a tad too sativa for my tastes tho. Still... it yields great, and flowers fast for a sativa.

Apothecary Grape Ape (aka GDP, aka Grand Daddy Grape Ape...etc. as the Apothecary Co. labels it). Its hard to pin the EXACT name of it, but most just simply say "Grape Ape", and i would too. Its a skunk #1 x afghan hybrid strain, which is always seemingly a great combo. It has many keeper phenos IMO, many of them producing almost gauranteed purple buds everytime.

I can say that Greenhouse Bubba Kush was awful. It grew decent and all, but, it never gained any taste what so ever. it even molded inside the buds when they werent all that big. i dont like that strain, ive never had mold in ANY other buds.
Not to bash Greenhouse, but, their Super Lemon Haze is HIGHLY OVER RATED. I smoked it one time out of many where it was all it was supposed to be. i think that guy had gotten lucky and nabbed a clone of it, not seeds. My SLH was awful. it grew nicely and everything but as it matured it slowly lost its zesty lemon scent. it finished very lightly skunky with a slight pine after taste. it wasnt very good, and the high was wickedly sativa and most people cringe when they felt it. i actually gave this stuff away i hated it so much.

Im sorry to disagree with Chem in here... but i TOTALLY think feminized seeds are wonderfull. I have grown the same strain both female and not, and actually the feminized seeds were more homogenous. absolutely no quality issues... u can easily make non-female seeds give u issues too folks. i dont think anything is wrong with growing either female or normal. in fact ill be trying the new dinafem OG and ill let u guys know how that goes

Nirvana is crap! If Nirvana was the only option for purchasing seeds I would grow from bag-seed.

Nirvana attracts all the noobs and the growers with champagne taste and a beer budget.

its ok missphoebe i have seen the strain hunters thing and the videos they have on youtube showing different strains it is a nice idea interesting to watch
but it does turn into more of a sales pitch at times
when the little fella Franco keeps calling Arjan "the king of cannabis" i do find that a little bit cringe worthy too

oh... was wondering if greenhouse was the breeder notorious for ripping "contest winners" off like a member in another forum that never got his beans in some contest. that might be flying dutchman though as i KNOW they got their "edelweiss" name from me without so much as a thank you though i wasn't in a contest and vaguely remembering the two incidents being connected to the same breeder.

Mr. Nice seeds, very compassionate people, they have a lot of nice stuff there if you like indicas, sativas or a combination
