Zimmerman Redux

The prosecutor in the Zimmerman case accidentally released some more info (oops) on the case.

The problem is that the photo's prove that Zimmerman had injuries the night of the shooting.

I am sure the Trayvan defenders will feel that Zimmerman's injuries were not severe enough to allow him to protect himself but it is just one more step along the way to a complete acquittal of Zimmerman in the matter.

These things are accidentally done on purpose. It is so that when Zimm is acquitted of the charges they will be able to blame "small mistakes" as being the culprit of them losing the case.

Old news. I still don't buy his story. Probably because the only other witness is dead and Zim has changed his story multiple times.

Does anybody else think he's half retarded? I mean...the guy couldn't even become a cop

Can you show me where in the law it says that it is legal to assault and try to kill someone you think is stalking you?
who said he assumed he was being stalked? in the recordings it clearly show Trayvon was being stalked so where are you going with this? if i am not mistaken the operator told zimmerman not to pursue and they were on their way.

No, but there is a law that states you can kill them if they attack you while you are legally walking in a public area of your own neighborhood. Last I checked, this happened near a public sidewalk that Zimmerman had every bit as much right to be using as Martin did, for ANY reason. And what you laughably keep calling "stalking" is just as easily called "observation". Might explain why he isn't charged with stalking.

I still put it at 50/50 on who initiated the violence and the outcome of the trial.

id say his injuries would have never been susatined if he had not stalked and confronted Martin, and that he should have never left his car with the mindset that Martin, who in his mind was one of those robbers, was guilty be of a crime so he needed to be followed and persued . .. . that is all

the charge murder 2 is a stretch i think most agree, but negligence involving his martins death imho is where he will be found guilty of something, oh and his story is about as believable and jon beni ramseys parents story so there is that, his video he put out of his recollection of events matched up to witness testimony and his original stories is laughable

And Martin's injuries would not have been sustained if he had not assaulted and tried to kill Zimmerman.

Martin was the one who committed a crime first. He paid the ultimate price for it too...

id bet that delusional paranio is not a excuse to stalk and then confront someone with a deadly weapon and cry wolf when he got more then he could handle, martin is a victim under the SYG law, imho, he had every right to defend himself from his pursuer/ stalker

and you base your opinion that Zimmermans story outside police operator conversation is the truth, which i do not agree with, and if you take his story out of it all you have is medical evidence forensics eye witness and the police phone call where Z was much more worried about stopping Martin , while he walked home, vs protecting anything

Z is a crazy(he tried to lie in court to hide his fiances and make his wife perjure herself, did he really think his calls were not being monitored) Darwin vigilante stalking and killing people based on racial prifiling who are not doing anything wrong

sound legal . . lmfao

Again... Walking while brown is not a crime. Assaulting a person and trying to kill them is a crime.

Is there a reason you choose to distort reality to the point of absurdity to attempt to win a conversation?

You have the fact that Travan Martin attacked George Zimmerman. That has been confirmed by pictures. Pictures demanded by the Travan Martin defenders and now delivered showing that in fact Martin had assaulted Zimmerman and caused serious harm.

Again... Where in the law do you have the right to bodily assault someone for simply following you?

ya he was standing his ground, once again you think Z's story is correct, i dont . .. . i except that none of us know but Z, his public story is full of holes and he has been caught in numerous lies and recants so, i hardly believe that martin ran from Z twice only to attack Z unprovoked

martin Stood his ground and was killed for it

And in the next verse you tragically get killed for that action.

But you are at peace with it knowing your killer might be convicted, might.

Good plan, well thought out.
