Zowahh strain(cuttings) 4 weeks in veg. Growing under full spectrum LED'S

I thought it could be a temperature too low some growers advice to keep 26-30 if growing under LED'S
Some plants looks more purple than the others. Is light to intense or it's a nature of the strain to turn purple?
