keep or ditch?

Out of 9 relatively normal looking seedlings, this one blueberry is a freak. I think I may have burned her very early on and she's struggling to recover. Either that or it's some kind of mutant. Am I wasting my time and future tent space with this seedling, should I let it keep going to see...
