lighting led 4x8

So I have a 2x4 for my mother's under a 4" 4 bulb t5. Wanting to run LEDs in the 4x8 veg/bloom tent. I see light running 1500+ and others around 500. All claiming this and that. I would run HPS but temp is a problem In my area amd not try to blow up the electric bill even more. Open to all...
