Need a little help.

16 days from soil penetration.
some brown spots on some of the large leaves, new growth tips lightly burnt.
I was feeding it my local shops house nutrients, which I always use.
I am thinking the brown tips on new growth is nutrient burn, the last 2 days I am feeding just water.
Any advice welcome.
