Alright, so I'm a lil F'd from just taste testing while making these, lol. I had some BHO and CO2 that I didn't like the quality of so I decided to make some fire edibles... Phone battery went out half way thru, so don't have full pics but yea...

Ingredients:

Chocolate:

  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Filling:
  • 1 cup peanut butter (I make my own: Roasted salted peanuts, 1-2 tablespoons bho coconut oil.)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup confectioners sugar

Recipe:

PS> When mixing this stuff together, do it a little at a time and mix to desired taste and constancy, pretty much 101 but still...

Coconut Oil:

  • First, I spent about an hour stabilizing 6-7 tablespoons of coconut oil at 250F.
    • I thought about using my double-boiler with some veggie oil instead of water(so we can go above 212) but i said fuck it
  • I then added 4-5g bho and stirred it up. I carefully let this go for 25 min making sure it stays at or just above 250f.
  • Removed it from the heat and blew over the oil to cool it quickly

Peanut butter:

  • For lack of a proper food processor, I ground up the peanuts to about 2 cups worth in the Ninja thing.
  • Added in about 2 tablespoons of the bho coconut oil and blended to desired consistency.
  • This should leave you with about a cup of peanut butter

Chocolate:

  • I stirred in 3-4 tablespoons confectioners sugar into the remaining bho coconut oil
  • Then quickly whisked in 5-6 tablespoons cocoa powder until smooth.
  • If you want to be pro, fill your molds half way with the chocolate and put it in the freezer while you make the filling.

Filling:

  • I use a stand mixer but electric beaters work too.
  • Put 1 cup peanut butter and 3 tablespoons coconut oil(soft-solid, room temp) in a large bowl.
  • I add in two .5g syringes of some decarbed CO2 I have and beat till smooth.
  • Slowly add in 2/3 cup confectioners sugar and beat or whip until fluffy.

To Finish:
  • Add peanut butter to molds, cover with chocolate.
  • Freeze for 30 min and remove from molds.

et voila...

GF gave some of these to her co-workers. And dispite her heavy warnings they decided to eat a whole cube at once. When I first tested these even I went for a half first and waited an hour, lol.

Keep in mind these people are used to buying home grown and getting edibles made from trim, maybe low grade concentrates.

One comment was omg I was high for 12 hours, and my brother wanted to kill me he got so fucked up.

I eat one of these and enjoy the ride for about 4hrs, but I have too much money and free time and work from home so I consume 12+ hrs a day, lol.
