Anyone ever heard of this?

So my first harvest is approaching and on the top cola it looks like a couple other nugs are starting to form off top of the top cola. Maybe its normal as this is my first, but let me know if you can figure out what im talking about. I will take some pictures and post them a little later. Thanks

yeah it's normal. some plants just don't know when to stop flowering. new bud growth can appear anywhere on the plant, the most usual though is the top and base of the plant.
