The only inspection should be for electrical safety. Have your system professionally setup and signed off on by your electrician...the same way you are required for any major electrical work. After that there is no need for inspections..it violates my privacy. There are no such inspections / intrusions permitted in a private residence for any other reason...why would I allow HC or anyone else to hassle me over plants. If they think I am over my plant count, get a warrant.
"Thats the one thing to come out of this that i hadnt even considered.
All the fire and mold issues are not strictly bound to growing mj" It's what I've been saying since day 1. The four reasons HC used to justify removing our right to grow are not exclusive to mmj and are actually quite rare.
Yes Yes Yes Yes Absolutely....

I dont know the state, might be Washington. They have a registry the grower needs to be apart of and it is government. They charge a fee for each person who registers. I mean a fee does suck but this could be a good thing. Have it like a emissions test for cars instead have a electrician come check the work and provide paper work for the inspection. Government isnt loosing money and we keep our gardens, gets HC in our pockets instead of LPs. Thats what they want in the 1st place isnt it? honestly soon its going to be easier to grow illegally and defend yourself later.

Stop Compromising.... Privileges have fees. Health and the security of ones health is a RIGHT and not a privelege. No compromise. What happens in a house that you own is your business. If you want house insurance then you must follow what is agreed in the insurance agreement. If that means having all electrical up to code, then by not having things up to code you risk not being compensated in the event of fire when it is determined that things were not up to code as setup in the insurance agreement. Stop supporting fees. Slavery is fees. Fees for rights is slavery. Slave driver.. Your going to get burned. Slave driver.. The tables are turned.bob-marley-and-the-wailers-slave-driver-island.jpg

I am a licensed trapper. To get that license, I had to sign a contract with the gov't (like all licenses).
Part of this license states that the game warden can enter my house, without notice, at any time to inspect my freezer for any extra, unclaimed pelts. If I dont let him in....boom..there goes my license.
When we are allowed to continue to grow, I suspect similar requirements will be put in place. This is my guess.
1-A one time wiring inspection (similar to when I got my wood burning chimney installed, fire inspector had to sign off for insurance)
2- Random plant count visits by HC inspectors

could also be being paid to try and make the threads a lot harder to read....
sorta like interference `...lots of people...would probably stop reading after a while because of it....
any threads he starts we have to let them die...with only himself responding....then people will see
what he is up to...

If they (HC) couldn't do one inspection under the MMAR, do you really think we are going to see home inspections in the future?
Key issues;
Cost to run inspections.
Privacy, security, and liability if there is problems after an inspection.

You don't need permission to travel. No drivers license is required. You don't need a license to secure your own health. When you sign up for conditions you are the one caught in a legal trap. Don't sign anything and you are not bound. Slavery begins with a signature.

I wonder where my little self contained unit falls? I don't have anything exposed...it's all in the box...it's a plug and play type deal...

Yup...If the judge says so
They didnt inspect before as it was part of the plan for the mmar to fail. They cant let us police ourselves. Look what happened
