i had a lengthy conversation with the CTO for apache and the guy knows how to sell his product. not to mention every claim he made is backed up by facts.

he also enlightened me about my kind lights, i still don't see them as junk yet but the quality difference between the at600 and kind xl 1000 is undeniable.

it doesn't excuse the bashing of me or my light choices by other folks on here but I'm man enough to admit my first choice in led lighting wasn't the best choice.

Still going to do a compare grow?

Absolutely , I have the lights so why not ? Lol

I'm curious to see the difference first hand
The new space I have is perfect for what I have in mind .
Going to have a seedling station, a clone room , and a veg & flower area set up separately . I'm aiming to drastically shorten time between harvests so that's the plan anyway . I'll have the new rooms set up in about 2 weeks and I'll start posting pics then

If anyone feels like being helpful , I have a question as a new grower ..
I flipped to flower yesterday and started the 12/12 .. Would it hurt my plants or yield if I took a few more cuttings/ clones or should I not ?

That seems to be the general consensus however I've read in a few places there's like a week grace period to get away with it .. But honestly being so new at this and the fact that they are doing well so far I do t want to f#ck them up

Do you have any pics ?
In your experience growing how long generally after the flip does it normally take to see noticeable change

This really will be a great example, however, I think In fairness the comparison should be 2 of your Kind vs the apache, in the same environment, obviously.
Your 1000w Kind is less than half the price. If we are trying to figure best bang for buck...

Thoughts?

I go by how they compare, they say both can replace 1000w and "Your Kind K5 will cultivate record breaking yields, both in quantity and quality, while running quieter, cooler, and more efficiently than any other grow light. Guaranteed."

So I go 1v1.

If you flipped JUST YESTERDAY, go ahead and take some clones if you need. Just keep them under 24 hr light for the first week. Then continue it or do 18/6 or whatever you like to use. You'll be fine and so will your plant and clones.

The CTO at Apache was more than confident his At600 will out perform 2 Kind 1000s so I think I'll go that way in the comparison .

Why fuck up a good thing? Is it broken? No? Don't fuck with it.

He even offered to pay to ship my kind light to their facility and test it compared to his light and send me the results but honestly I'm not that hard headed lol I get it .

he flipped the light schedule YESTERDAY. he's fine to take clones if he needs to. I've done it multiple times. Even after an entire week of flower schedule. It's not a big deal.
I mean, sure, but there's more risk to it than just leaving it alone and letting his first grow finish.
