I was a little disappointed with the jabbas too. Not my kind of plant at all, I got them after Js won an award and just found them to be mediocre or at least not to my taste either in structure or finished product.

I'm expecting the smells to change a bit but they've been really consistent from before the flip all the way through now towards the end of flowering...I'll definitely be doing a detailed review/photo log of all the phenos once they're dry. Thanks dude.

It's a jungle out there...@60 days in this photo...looking like another week on the Jabba's still and at that point may be able to take down the other SM and the Goji in the horizontal tent...pardon the shitty pics as always.

I know man, it's rough. I'll chop it all down and send it your way for proper disposal.

Speaking of chopping, I forgot to mention that I actually may be dropping one of the Jabba's that is in the horizontal tent and seems to have gotten the brunt of the fungus gnat infection. The tops are all ready to go, maybe a bit earlier than I typically would with just a few spots of amber and nearly all cloudy (today is 62 days), but since I didn't do the...aggressive lollipopping I typically would, some of the lower buds could still use some more time. I just need to open up a bit more space so I can move the two super low-yielding JS around and have the light being used as effectively as possible and also open up the canopy a bit where it's really crowded right now. Kinda gotta do the cost/benefit ratio thing on this one, lose a few grams but I think the restructuring of the canopy will be more beneficial overall. We'll see how I feel tonight when the lights come on...

Ended up chopping that plant, nothing too special to talk about and earlier than it should have come down even at 63 days. I guess the final smoke will tell the tale but that shit better be absolutely mind blowing, I'm really unimpressed with the jabba overall just in terms of how they've been growing. The exception is the one in the vert tent that is all chrome and purple and looking pretty nice indeed. Like I said, we'll see how the finished product smokes.

Meanwhile, a little tiny bottom branch from the Goji that broke while I was moving things around was hung up the same day, probably a solid week or more earlier than it should come down, and is absolutely fucking phenomenal. Sweet and sour berry and citrus flavors and a very potent but still mellow and anxiety-free buzz.

Everything but the jabbas look like they'll be going at least 10.5 weeks, probably more like 11. I'd say the jabbas have close to another week to reach whatever full potential they have. However, I have something of a time limit here, so I'm going to reevaluate in a few days with the scope again.

And every other photo I took is blurry as shit, so that's it for today. This is the only thread where pics get worse as the grow progresses, sorry bout it

Yeah those pics look like shit, man. I mean, look at all that frosty crap all over that bud in the middle pic. You should be ashamed of yourself! :bigjoint:

Both of those strains look and sound like straight fire, bro. Nice work!

Honestly I'm still getting strong citrus, but there is definitely an acrid scent in the background that could be kinda bleachy. Definitely haven't smelled any gas though. I suppose we'll see what it's like when it's harvest time.

So humidity is a bit low in the room where the tents are and that's where I was drying that early Jabba's Stash, so it finished up quicker than I would like and went into jars this morning after only 6 days of hanging. I ended up with right around 45g of pretty mediocre pot...definitely plenty frosty but lacking in every other area including the buzz. Here's hoping the ones that go longer will be better, because compared to that early Goji branch, I don't even want to waste my time trimming these things hardly. I know it seems like I'm being really harsh on these Jabba's Stash but I don't think I can adequately express how much better the Goji and Silver Mountain are. Not even in the same ballpark.

Jabba's Stash taken @ [edit- not 63,] 60 days:

Today is 66 days I believe. Probably last round of photos before harvest for both tents...everything has amber already but I really want to give the plants in the vert tent another week with a targeted super low EC feed to try to finish these things up the way I like, they're really holding on to the N this round.

Honestly, the plants in the left tent are done...some of the taller colas on the SM and the Goji are still pushing out white pistils but they're also the closest to the light and the branches which aren't as high up are perfectly done to my liking at about 85% cloudy, 10% amber, and maybe 5% clear. Since they've had such light feeding for the last week or more they're probably fine to chop tomorrow (if the other plant and the Goji branch are any indication, they burned well and weren't harsh at all).

DING! They're done!
Pretty damned close! Definitely going to ride out another week on the vert tent and let them finish bulking up, but we're coasting to the end now...tons of real heavy, stinky, greasy nuggets all over the place in that tent especially. Need to have everything in a jar by the end of the month at the latest, definitely cutting it close for a proper dry for the vert tent but I'll make it work. I do know the left tent's gonna come down tomorrow and the 4x4 will be converted to a drying tent for that batch. I'll get pics of some freshly trimmed funk tomorrow.

Time to go clean up the garage in preparation for the harvest party... couple buddies coming by to help out and we'll probably take a break halfway, puff some scissor hash, and go for a hike. Then it's time to fire up the grill for these chicken and steak gyros I've been marinating since yesterday and make some more tzatziki sauce since I ate it all yesterday. Woops.

Should be a nice Sunday! Too bad I can't do my trimming on the porch in this beautiful weather. Also too bad these aren't all finishing up at the same time since as much as I enjoy the end result, trimming gets old pretty quick and I'd love to knock it all out at once. Good problem to have I suppose...

Not that it really matters but anybody want to throw up some theories on yield? I'm guessing I'll end up pulling 240g total including what I already chopped from the horizontal tent since I suck at that style of growing.

Only got 3 taken down yesterday...the Silver Mountain and the two really low yielding Jabba's Stash. The SM looks phenomenal and the first of the two JS looks pretty excellent as well despite how tiny the buds are -- I'll be lucky to get an ounce from the JS, but I should be pushing 2.5 or 3 from the SM so I'm satisfied with that. The other JS that was the "matching pheno" was tucked in the back corner and didn't get much light at all, so while it was frosty, it was underdeveloped comparatively. I only kept two branches and threw the rest to the bubble pile. No mercy for the larfiest of the larf, only an ice watery death in the bubble bags.

That leaves the Jabba's Stash that is sister to the very first one that I pulled last week and the Goji for tonight...I'll get pics later

sweet stuff going on in this thread! Im flipping 3 plants of SM10(big and gassy) and 1 of Sm3 (big and fruity, stem rub smells of tangerines) for my next run. My absolute fave didn't clone but both of those are awesome phenos. Im gonna get rid of one of those, too many strains at the moment, got to be ruthless! Also doing 2 of the BBHP7 again, will pass by with some pics if thats ok @lawlrus? Oh and I'm also running by bodhi a Old mama ghani x purpe urkle that a friend tested for B, he said it was nice but not amazing but I'm honoured to have her in my garden, great structure.
love what u have going on here mate.

i havent flipped my bodhi tent yet so not much to show but my other tent I've got 3 gg4, 2 ammo and 1 gsc on day 10. Loving the vigour of the gg4, they really go for it!
tent picimage.jpggg4
image-1.jpg some pics from last week. I sold my old tent and bought 2 new mammoth elite tents. They are 2.4m tall and 2.2 x1.8m and are designed with gavita to let people use their DE 1000w lights without burning the plant.
I really like this thread mate, i only ever comment on here and the bodhi thread. Im normally at the farm, we have a small bodhi thread going over there, pop by sometime!
What strains are u considering for your next bodhi adventures?
