no I got a 6 cob Johnson led supposed to replace 600w. hps but only pulls 340w. at the plug we will see how she performs I flushed the headband for 24 hrs then fed yesterday morning @1010 ppm. tonight ppm. is 540 she is finally starting to feedah nice ref the light did you get the cmh?
I played it safe & fed @ 900 ppm. still getting good growth I'm thinking as the manufacturer suggest 1-1/2 gr. per watt but a dialed in waterfarm could very well top that but that remains to be seen so far I'm happy with the light
I plan on an honest evaluation of this light & if it proves to be not all that I'll be wanting to share the experience as the led's are costly so far I'm liking it but she got here a bit late to fully evaluate based on what I've seen in the last 48 hrs I like what I've seen but my goal is to prove its not merrily a coincidence when this grow is nearer it's end I'll make a more in depth evaluation as this is a sizable investment & should be thoroughly calculated before making the move to fork over the money for oneShe looks great. Much better spectrum on those things after reading around. I will see how you do with it and stickman on the CMH and make a decision around march and purchase. Maybe Il try one of each on 2 cabs as an interesting test and journal it. Both seem an upgrade on HPS though in terms of spectrum thus quality
no mine is powered by Cree 3070 those & Cree 3590 cob ( chip on board) are 2 of the best rated ones then there is the driver(s) meanwell is a top rated driver ( kinda like the ballast) there are other cobs but these are what I ordered many company's offer the Cree cobs I picked the Johnson @ www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com but I'm in the us just remember Cree & cob 3590 might be better than 3070 cob I would sit back & observe ,learn what works & how that translates into what's available where you're at in a nutshell all led's are not created equal
those definatly are not Cree I would avoid them www.ecosunlite.com ships to te uk you have to contact them for pricing & specify all Cree when you contact them
Anyway I finally saw a friend last thursday just gone (I dont have many friends here just on a work contract) so managed to get some pics on his unknkow branded phone.. I guess its better than nothing. Iv been promised a phone this week so you may get to see her before she gets the chop (she looks considerably diff from the pics below after just 4 days!). She literally just turned yesterday all yellow and brown leafs with buds looking ripe and swollen so looking like a harvest this weekend a few days into week 10.. So yer pretty good on the time!
