Sounds good man. But I would suggest giving her more than a week. 2 weeks minimum.
That's not an exact rule, but even though she looks healthy, she is still small.
Be patient and don't try to rush it. Again, you got her looking healthy so that's a good thing.

He can top them again when they grow out a bit or he can start training outward to spread the plant out.
The objective is to fill the space and have an even, flat canopy. Because once you hit flowering they will jump up. So you don't want any tops shading out other tops. An even canopy is the best way to avoid this and help get even lighting to the majority of the canopy.
I've got a plant it's sleeping now so
I can't show a pic, first time grow, growing a sativa its just sprouted it's terminal bud, I think this means it's just started the veg stage, anyways I'm going to let the terminal bud develop a little so I can accurately top it. I have 4 sets of leafs and my terminal bud witch will be topped. My grow space is 5 ft tall; about 1 foot removed from my carbon filter and light set up, so I really have 4 ft to work with from the floor to light. I know sativa will jump 2-3 times its high going into flower. I will need to learn some good lst techniques. Next time I will probally try an indica but this is my first grow like I mentioned.
Thoughts? Comments?

I'm gonna leave them a bit then start training then maybe after one more top but as well as bending then from main stem I am going to twist them so it grows round as well. I only have 3ftx3ftx5ft in the veg tent .I am aiming to have as many colas at the top. but I don't want the plant to wide so by bending it then twisting the stem to follow the circle of the plant pot I can hopefully allow growth in a circle and get the inside full to

Good top. plant looks healthy. I usualy top the cola and 2 side branches then i lst and scrog.

never grown before 1st time so lots to learn . got 4 white widow 3 weeks old . just transplanted them today to 11ltr pots I'll leave them a few days and start lst iv only topped one it's coming on OK . not a clue what I'm doing really lol . gonna give them maybe 2 to 3 weeks more veg and then flip from 18/6 to 12/12 see if I can get a nice even canopy thus tent is oly small . 3ftx3ftx5ft . 400 watt hps to circulation fans running . I don't want them to tall so I'll see how it goes . I have another tent 1.2mtr x 1.2mtr x2mtr just not set up as no were for it yet

Yeah man there is so much to learn about growing. I learn things everyday that are new to me aswell. Just a tip for you, if you're in a 5 ft tent for height and you're running a hps then be careful when you switch to 12/12. Plants are going to double in sie the first 2 weeks into bloom. You're going to want 12 inches or so from canopy top-lights.

My two girls starter germ on 22nd of March, sprouted on the 25th(after planted) so I guess they are on their 3rd week of veg???
First grow. As mentioned above. Here are finally the pictures of my ladys. Transplanted yesterday, fed regular water going to be giving them their first feeding of fox farm nutes next watering. The girls have growth up to their 5th and 6ths nodes planing to top tonight or tomorrow when they develop more so I can actually get in there. How many more weeks of vegging does it look like? And how are they coming along. Am I starting nutes too late?

What is your ceiling height? Have to factor in things like that, scrog? LST? They will nearly double in height during the stretch. first 2 weeks of 12/12

yhea hps 400 watt I still have about a foot or so space to go up yet with the light. plants are about 6 . 7 inches out the soil I am going to top them all Iand flip them in 2 weeks if crunch come's to crunch I'll have to take them to the other tent that's 2 mtr high but I don't want to have to load them in the car and drive them a mile up the road I don't kow what damage that will cause

are you in soil. if so what nutes are in that already . advice from good lads on ere said they should have a good few weeks what they need if just re potted in new soil
