he's not going to sit around and wait for something to happen so he can say he was in the oval office when something random happened.

The president does not run the country physically, he makes final decisions when necessary. He just needs to be able to be reached by phone.

If you believe that him golfing has any effect on this country or its security then we will have to agree to disagree.

I like having my locks of hair,Sorry I am not a conformist fascist + I was Bourne in a country of supposed freedoms(like the freedom of speach... the first amendment.) If you do not like my freedom of speach, you can move to a country that does not have those freedoms.

That was actually a judge and you were diagnosed with pedophelia
A judge can sentence you a jury can convict you. Only a doctor can diagnose you. I certainly wasn't convicted of a felony I'm a proud gun owner.

Always a bad choice. If you're going to trial, you want as many jurors as possible.
I agree.. but it is a thing here. Some dude here got off a rape case while representing himself to a judge.. pretty amazing the judge wasn't just gunning for a conviction

In my state you can have a trial by judge.

But you're still a pedophile
Not a felony charge unless your state is committing high treason. You can also demand trail by jury in all 50 states for misdemeanors.

There will usually be 12 jurors and 2 alternates. In some cases a jury trial is waived and the defendant is tried before only a judge. This is called a court trial. Defendants must be brought to trial within a specified time period.

Do you always talk about stuff you know nothing about?

You have the right to a fair trial with a jury of your peers. It's in the Constitution if you waive your rights you are an idiot.
