civil rights gave black people rights they did not have before. you oppose civil rights.

Except nobody can have a right to force another person to serve them . That would be unequal rights, dimwit.

The most people have is neutrality concerning other people, since nobody, even you Rapey Mcfist up the Ass, has any right to make another person interact with you if they are leaving you alone.

You don't know the difference between a right and a government edict / revocable privilege.

black people retained all rights before civil rights.
except they couldn't eat at the same lunch counter as whites in your home state before civil rights.

can you please explain to me what legal mechanism they had to remedy this racist injustice before civil rights were passed?

ya know, the civil rights bill that you oppose because you are an unreconstructed racist piece of shit.

you do that with your opposition to civil rights.
This is a common misconception, but of course you cannot elucidate this argument. Repeat it as if that made it so, yes, elucidate, no.

I am in favor of ALL PEOPLE HAVING THE RIGHT to control themselves / their own property, but not others. You are not.

holy shit, you just said black people didn't have rights before civil rights. that's pretty fucking bigoted.

the civil war was fought on the glaring irony that protected all Americans individual rights. that intentional irony from our founders ended slavery in the western world. you can start there and realize rights dont come with skin color, like our founders did.

The thing you aren't mentioning is your beloved government also had laws which PREVENTED people who wished to associate from doing so.

The cure for that isn't to force people who don't want to associate to do so.

It is to get the fuck out the way and let people marry or associate with who they want to and punish people for using government force to prevent a wanted association or for forcibly trying to create an UNWANTED association.

it was unequal before we passed civil rights laws and decided that everyone was free to go to any business you racist fuck.

So, to cure the jim crow laws which were based in forcibly preventing people who wished to associate, from associating, you think the answer is to forcibly ensure people who do not wish to associate, must associate ?

In both instances the problem is the relationships do not spring from mutual and peaceful interactions. So, both fail and violate SOMEONE'S RIGHT OF SELF DETERMINATION.

you are opposed to civil rights, a law passed because black people were refused service and given unequal treatment and less rights than white people.

don't try to rewrite history, klanman

you speak out way more against civil rights laws than jim crow laws.

jim crow laws did not explain the massive denial of service black people faced either.

We agree black people got the shitty end of many things. However no person has the right to prevent others from having a mutual and peaceful relationship. like Jim Crow did or to force others to have an unwanted relationship like "civil rights" do.

Voluntary and mutual human relations are better than involuntary ones. I favor voluntary ones, you do not.

I knew you would be scared to answer my questions. You never let me down, Poopy Pants.

Who has the right to force another person into an unwanted relationship if that person is leaving the other alone?

I am opposed to forcing people to serve others against their will, since it is akin to slavery.

I am opposed to forcing people to associate with people they prefer not to, since it is akin to rape.

I am laughing at you too, since you believe you can achieve equality by depriving one party of self determination. It is self evidently impossible.

please name the location of this imaginary restaurant that someone was forced to open. i don't answer hypotheticals.

also, here is a question you have been avoiding for years: did the widespread denial of service to black people by white people cause harm to black people?

thanks, klanman.

@twostrokenut - be sure to defend him by attempting to rewrite history because you love to support racists and pedophiles. thanks.
