Just remember if you environment is shit it’ll produce shit. You need to save a bit more and get a better light. You want to aim for 50 Watts per sqft of grow space.

And I guess that to you growers who have more money my stuff probably looks like s**t but in actuality i ones grew a plant with only 2 75watt hologen builbs that were the cheapest ones I could find, just as an experiment.... And believe it or not... it still produced some bud...! So it's possible to grow cheap... you just don't get the biggest yields.

I didn’t say it wouldn’t grow I simply said it would produce well. Simply save you’ll come out better in the long run.

And before i add the other 4 pourple leds... i am curretly running about 204 watts of light in about a 6 foot room it just doesn't look bright because the full spectrum pourple leds give off a different light than the white leds that counter the pourple light... so its easy to only notice the white colered light when the full spectrum pourple leds give off more light than the white ones...

And i agree with you, i am saving as of last 20 i just made... And on the 16th i will have another 80 to add... then on the 1st another 50 till the 16th when I get 50 again...

What’s the square footage of the room? Is it a 6x6 if so that’s more than 6 sqft.

A 6x4 gives you 24 sqft you want somewhere around 1200 watts. If your tight on money look to hps for now.

There is a hydroponics store right next to where i live... and the guy there told me that for 120 he will sell me a used 2x6 foot flurecent led strip grow light that you can change out the led strips... and he says since its a smaller space that would be better than using a big builb that would produce way to much heat and not enough light...

He’s not telling you the truth. Fluorescent led lighting is not a good option. If anything at least go with a 600 watt hps or save and build a nice led light yourself. If you can put a wall socket or screw in a light bulb you should be able to build a light easy.
