A warrant doesn’t give the cops the right to destroy property willy nilly. Not to mentioned most of my safe addresses have no prior convictions and have nothing that would invite a search other than a walk though the house and maybe check some draws.They will hate yah when furnitures torn apart![]()
For them to start searching via invasive means (cutting up furniture or removing walls etc) they need to find something to justify it first.
What cops can do with a warrant is purely based on what evidence they use to apply for it and suspicion based on received items would only allow a basic search for most people.
