Why didn’t you do one table first to at least see if LED was right for you? I’ve seen people get incredible results from HLG lights so I think there just a learning curve for you to get through.

If you truly want some help, just be honest and open minded.

How many lights do you have running? Are you growing the same strain as your HPS grows? Are you using clones? Did you switch up your nutes? Since you bought 12K worth of lights, I'm assuming you are using a commander of some sorts (not familiar with HLG but I've never come across someone who was disappointed by them) - are you able to dial in the different spectrums? What is everything set at?
