Hi all, new to this site, I need some help regarding using nutrients. I am growing 4 plants with a 450 LED light, SuperAirpots, soil and Advanced Nutrients A+B. I water every day (daily) with 500ml using Advanced Nutrients. I do not over water them monitor their dampness, 30mm down each day is dry. I want to start using Big Bud, Overdrive, Voodoo Juice and B 52. I am on my 4th grow, my question is how much of these 4 do I use and, more importantly, how often do I give them these nuts either daily or once a week. Thanks a lot, in advance.

I have seen this chart but nowhere on it does it say to feed either every feed or once a week.
Growing in SOIL not hydro. Still need to know how often to administer these nutes.

what type of soil...… normally for me feed feed water feed feed water what I do. but if your in coco your not soil.

If you are not in hydro or coco, then you do not want to feed daily, and you need to water and feed until you get runoff to prevent salt buildup. When I used their nutrients (at half dose) I watered once to twice between each feeding, always watered and fed until I got runoff, and that worked best for me. During my last grow I tried feeding full dose during flower, at the same frequency, and it didn't take long before I started having lockout issues. You can see in my grow diary that the nutrient lockout started on week 14 (week 6 of flower). Here's the link to that grow diary.

Which Advanced line are you using? How big are your pots? I run my nutrients 6 days on on the 7th day I use water. I like big bud but I don't use over drive that's a waste. Pick up monster bloom use that with big bud. Also use fulvic and humic acid. On the last week of flower just use straight water you'll see big nice buds.
Thanks for your reply. I am using Grow and Bloom A+B, 10 liter SuperAirpots. My last grow with just Grow and Bloom reaped 5oz from 4 plants so I need that amount to increase.

What size is your grow area and what are you running for lights? I know you said “450 LED” but that doesn’t tell us much about the actual lights you are running. I’d be willing to bet you are being limited by your lights more than a lack of nutrients.

What kind of dirt? If you are using a decent dirt, they dont need additional food until week 4-8. Depends on factors like type of dirt, amount of dirt, size of plant, etc.
Grow area is 48x48x80. Viparspectra 450W LEDs. Canna Professional plus. 12L Superairpots.

How long are vegging for? Once my clones root I put them in 1g pots for 1-2 weeks then transfer them to 5gal put them in my flower room to veg for another 2 weeks then flip. I usually use Conni from Advanced but my guy was out so I grabbed sensei a/b this run. I'm switching to jacks. Post some pics I'll try to help you out.

That's about right for me as well. But i just added a cmh 315w in my 2x4 tent so I may need to adjust. How much are you feeding per plant?

It says every other watering so I followed it and my plants locked out the nutes due to over feeding . So I was told not to use 2 mls /litre and not to feed every other watering . They said use a 1/4 strength form start and use this feed schedule - feed,water,water,feed,water,water... and so on making sure there’s run out every watering to get rid of the salts as you go and only increase your nutes if you see signs of a deficiency because less is more with nutes . I followed they’re chart and burned all my plants and locked them out . That feeding chart is based on perfect growing conditions , and it’s used on huge plants in commercial grows done by pros and not for a single plant grown at home that doesn’t get bigger then 3-4feet tall , compared to 8-12 feet tall . And also autos takemuch less utes than photoperiod plants do . Happy growing
In a 20gal res I'm suppose to use 8oz for the 2 part. Guess what I've been using the entire grow.. 2oz.. lol it wasn't intentional just a bad mistake I eventually fixed that. If I were to fix my measurements it would be 5-6oz per 20gal. I've never had nute burn nothing. I literally feed the entire week and water on the 7th day rinse repeat.
