Outdoor AutoFlower 5 Gallon Container 'Auto Kush' and 1 'Auto Northern lights'

Hey Everyone!

I am doing a Outdoor Auto flower grow in 5 gallon container up in Northern Ontario and it will be interesting to see how the outdoor season treats the plants where I live. The main reason I have selected AutoFlower is my short growing season. I am looking at purchasing a green house and building it for light dep manually or if anyone knows of a good backyard style dep greenhouse I could buy ready to go that would be awesome to only ones I can find are huge.

Anyways pics coming tomorrow for the official start to the grow journal. I hope I get a few people to follow along and would love to see how other Autoflower grows are going in ontario!

Keep us posted on how your autos do.
For a cheep greenhouse find a car tarp garage that the tarp is shot on.
That's what I used 10x20 for 20$ for the tubing. I mounted it on cinder blocks with a 2x4 screwed to the top of them. Just working on the dep now.
I sourced some used greenhouse plastic. Had lots so I put a double layer on and inflate for some insulation during the frosty nights. Used screen door. I'm using a furnace fan to ventilate. And a 4'x2' shutter at the bottom opened by a thermal opener. The girls love it.

Update coming soon I was late this year so lets hope all goes well. I do have the option of moving them into a greenhouse towards the end of the year when the weather gets to the colder stages being in northern Ontario and this being my first outdoor grow here!

I will take pictures tomorrow after work and post Since I have yet to post Pictures! The above plants where from the guy above's comment and his beautiful plants!

I used HP plus nutriti mix and top dressed with a small amount of fish compost that’s it so far for feeding and soil I will be feeding with the micro /grow/ flower oh perfect I already forget who makes it but if you want to know I can find out when I get home

They look great! I'm also only doing autos in an outdoor for the short grow season, although I'm around 45.5ºN, so for me it was kind of a late start this year. Below is a pic of mine on July 12th. I have to grow under netting, otherwise worms will destroy them. I started with photos and found putting them in the ground was the way to go, especially once they are hooked up to the drip irrigation in the garden. That said, next year I'm thinking I'll do my autos in pots for the mobility/flexibility. I also top them once, after they have four sets of branches.

We'll see how the season treats us -- look forward to watching yours grow.

yo printer share some pics bro see how the Manitoba environment is treating your plants
This is two weeks ago. I saw the post and went out to get a picture but the sun set too much and the camera tried to take a picture with it's whimpy flash. They have filled out a little more. It was not a planned outside grow, I just did not have any more room for the right three, the two next to them a buddy gave to me, the left one I put outside when I flipped my plants, just wanted to see how much difference regular sunlight and a longer veg time would do.
