Yes that’s exactly what’s confusing me aswell, Was doing great until I disrupted the lights and now every thing has gone down hill which I understand but is there anyway to save it? Have only ever growed outdoor this is my first time at indoor

Does the odor of the plant while it's in veg give any indication to gender? The plant that i had confirmed as a male never had any smell at all really but I have a female that has had a strong odor all throughout her veg. Probably just strain related maybe?

Was thinking this aswell because of the nodes forming on the main stem, is there any thing I can do? Or is it rubbish now?
Not exactly rubbish...you'll end up with Buds however they will have a bunch of bagseeds...you had a seed that was either pollinated from somewhere...or you had a feminized seed that was put through to much stress and it " hermi'd " out...Good Luck & Happy Growing

Just strain...I've gone through females that havent made a smell until trichomes started forming....

As long as you harvest something...it wasnt a waste...a LEARNING EXPERIENCE... but not a waste...start a new grow and learn from your mistakes. Welcome to indoor growing...environment and light is very important so try to dial in your light schedule,
Seedling 24hr or 18/6
Veg 18/6
To trigger flower you'll need a 12/12 schedule

Hope that helped a bit.
Good luck & Happy Growing !

I didn't take any pictures of the other two unfortunately. The one that I think is definitely female has a couple pistils starting to pop out so she was easy. The other two however, they look like the start of male preflowers but im honestly just too inexperienced to really tell for sure. Im hoping they're female. Does smell during veg give any indication to what they could be? I noticed all throughout veg, the plant on this thread didn't really have a smell, not like the other 3. The confirmed female i have has a very strong weed odor and so do the other 3. This plant was the only one that really didn't have much of a smell but im sure that could also be strain related and not really gender related. I could order some seeds but I don't know what the laws are in the US for ordering weed seed online. Im in Mississippi
You can order seeds legally in the US. They are shipped as “hemp/souvenirs”.

Use JBCSeeds or GreatLakeGenetics. I prefer JBC because I can use PayPal, GreatLakeGenetics only takes cash & money order.

Useful seeds sells 10 packs of feminized seeds for $60 and can be found on either site.

That's gonna be my next endeavor. This being my first grow, I made several mistakes but I learned A TON. I feel much more prepared and comfortable going into my next grow.. Question though, one of the plants is showing early male preflowers, how long until they will spill the pollen? I'm in some seriously heavy denial and I just can't bring myself to remove the plant from the grow space. Knowing myself I'll end up waiting until the last minute. I don't want it pollinating my female but i also put so much time and money into it that its a hard thought to process

How many people are asking for the same advice in this thread? Lol.
I can't keep up with it.

I know one guy was asking about a concern in the middle of his plant. He got the wrong answer to his question from Jonnygrows post #22.........not a hermaphrodite at all. Those are swollen calyx's or bracts.......you can tell by the shape and the fact that two hairs are coming out of it. Always seems to happen near the main stalk at midway.

Yup looks like you only got one female. You can still fill out your closet with the one female. It will take more time in veg but you just got to do some LST and top acouple times. The one plant can yield the same as four as long as it takes up the same amount of space.

I already switched to flower last week though. Is it too late?

What are the chances that a regular ol bag seed will come out either male or female? I guess i had really shitty odds this time. Is it just a 50/50 chance or is there a higher chance of getting a male than a female?
