The response I got from HLG regarding a 600 Rspec was 50% at. 30" for veg and. 24" full power for flower. Adjust the light up slowly the 2nd week of 1212 until you reach full power over 5 days or so.
Good you possibly stupify that all? Whats 600 respec? 1212?

Me too, but that is besides the point. So how do I know what the wattage is then? Can I go by the lumens. Mine doesn't say were the wattage is? So you guys are doing it 24 inches away? Won't that stretch.
Hook a kilawatt up to your light, that will tell you what it is pulling. That is a power monitor, there are about $20 on Amazon. Stretching is not a problem when using good light at proper height.

Yes, you can guess.
Alright I guess it will just guess. Im not going to buy that just yet. I guess I will just guess and play around with my light. You wander why, I post a comment a couple times... if I bought everything everybody told me to get on here I would be broke. Im just working with what I got and working my way up like many of us started. I already spent a good some on what I currently got.

I would check the manufacturer's website for product specs. If they don't have it available.. then you need a new light. Something trusted. No bs. That's why ppl pay the $$ to get solid equipment.

Tell you what bud. If you cannot get that item I get it, even a few dollars can be precious some times. Download a free app for your phone to measure lux. Measure at full power and than use the reading to know what you are dimming too. It's not as accurate but it will give you a decent reading.

I paid 230 for my light. Not saying its the best money can buy, but its a decent price. My first light was 80 or 90. My tent was 200, soil 38, seeds 60 some I think, pots 14, and nutrients 40 some.

Ok so divide how much lux by 320w to get an estimate of how many lux= a watt. Ya im not trying to be a dick. Im a student, just trying to get by and learn.

I saw online somebody said 24" away at 150w for veg and 18" away for 300w. Now I have to adjust my light not to shock them as well. Im guessing the 15" away from light is now at 29,000 lumens (have to figure that out in lux) is to close, especially if im going to crank it up after a bit. Am I on the write path here?
