Our Canadian map would be solid dark green from coast to coast to coast. We even have 3 coasts! ;) Only 2 provinces won't allow the federally mandated 4 plants per household legal recreational grows but can't stop medical growers. Various rules about growing outdoors tho.

:peace:
please get me Justin's phone number..we need to talk.

Nobody said Democrats should be free from criticism but to state they are the same as Republicans is bullshit.

Democrats aren’t trying to suppress votes. Democrats haven’t supported an insurrection and Democrats aren’t supported by conspiracy nuts and terrorists.
ahhhhhhhhh the Devil we know versus the Devil we don't..

i knew that stoner life was for me after that first hit of maple syrup candy age 3.

I'm not saying @mooray was trolling. Not at first. I was saying he's reciting propaganda using something like the "all politicians are corrupt" trope. By responding against his assertion, I'm engaging in counterpropaganda. Everything I said was factually correct and verifiable. Now, he's effing trying gaslight me, which puts him in a lower bracket along with the trolls.
I understand. Right now it is obvious that is what is being pushed to try to change the narrative. You would think that it has not just been shown that there are members of congress in the Republican party that have been actively trading for and using Russian militarized propaganda to trick their cult using every media they have available to them

Nailed it.

It's laughable to think that Democrats should be free from criticism.
Who said that they should be free from criticism?

Lol, never said they were the same. On the other hand, I can't help but see the irony of Democrats denying science in favor of antiquated stereotypes surrounding cannabis and using some misguided moral superiority to actively discriminate against those who use it. Using an amnesty clause for prior drug use in a security check, then persecuting those who chose to be honest is just dirty pool.
How do you know that was what happened? Because this is not something I have seen. Are you talking about the 5 ppl that got fired? Because those ones were also apart of wider issues from what they told us.

Sounds Republican, but I digress, they are not carbon copies of one another, but both use moral indignation as a crutch.

That is cool, I agree that it can seem that way depending on how much information you don't have before making a decision on how you feel about people's reactions to different things.

Again, for what must be the 5th time, it was only 5 people and they are reported to have LIED on their applications and it was discovered by the FBI on their background checks.

Tomato, tomato, I take umbrage with the fact they felt they had to lie in the first place. Perhaps honesty may have been the way to go in this case.

When has criticism of anything Democrat been welcome here? Lol

So what I'm seeing and hearing isn't really whats going on. I see, sounds familiar. Where have I heard that before?

What's funny is that it's generally acceptable to say that Americans are shit, but about ~90% of Americans are made up of democrats and republicans and while that comment is acceptable, it doesn't make any distinction between democrats and republicans, which was supposed to be a problem, but for some reason it's not.

Then, if you say that democrats and shit and republicans are mega-shit, all hell breaks loose and people think it's the same as saying "they are the same", even though it's literally not saying anything like that.

That's where we differ. There is never, ever a reason to lie in the first place, especially when you're trying to work for the President of the United States, in the White House, knowing your bullshit is going to be checked by the FBI.

Frankly, it shows not only how patently stupid they were thinking they could get away with it, but how untrustworthy they are for lying to begin with.

And FYI: they weren't shitcanned for the pot. They were shitcanned for the lying.

lulz "all hell breaks loose" ;) Dude, it's just me and you talking about our differences.

btw, the numbers you cite about political affiliation are just as off as the old fashioned "both sides bad" trope that you cling to.

In any case, as of Jan 6, there is only one major party that supports democracy in this country and that would be Democrats. Republicans have become a radicalized authoritarian gang that is united behind a man who would be dictator. Your "both sides same" trope is exactly the kind of propaganda that those people use to suppress votes against them. It is such a dated statement. It is so 2000. It wasn't true then either. But it was truthy enough to get us saddled with 8 years of Shrub. Today, that same trope is absurd.

Also, who says that "Americans are shit"? What a dumbass thing to say. A sweeping statement that is yet another logical fallacy of your, this time the strawman argument.

Now then, about those firings in the WH. As Taco said, it was five people and it wasn't even due to their having smoked pot. That said, I do find it disturbing that practically all leadership in Biden's administration and the Democratic Party's leadership in general are so old. Biden's policy about marijuana is dated and I think it's an indication that Biden's administration is already showing it is out of step with the times.

There, see how it can be done? No need to even mention Republicans. Also, not a broad brush statement. Just voice specific concerns. Try to be factual.

Sorry, I have no plans to be your sock puppet and dance around certain words because they get your panties in a wad.

The numbers are roughly 30% democrat, 40% independent, and 30% republican, with about 40% of independents leaning right and 40% leaning left, which of course it has to be that way because there aren't really any independents to vote for. Add it up and it's very likely that about 90% of the country leans towards either democrats or republicans. I feel like you'll say, "nuh uh, polls are lies!!!!" and of course no poll queries every single person, but if you disagree with well established polling methodology, you're fighting an uphill battle with people that are much smarter than you or I. (pro tip: you'll know you're full of shit to argue with gallup polling if you've used them in your favor on some subjects and then dismissed them with other subjects that don't confirm your bias and I put this note here because you're that type of dishonest person)

The majority of Americans are shit. Yourself especially included and I'll tell you why. I've discovered that it's not so much that Trump'ers are idiots, it's that there's a certain type of brain that just wants what they want and these idiots will perform whatever mental gymnastic necessary to make subjects how they want, reality in front of their face be damned. Turns out it's not that Trump'ers are idiots, per se, more that there's a specific type of idiot out there and that type of idiot is much more commonly attracted to Trump. There's a much smaller percentage of that type of idiot on the left, antifa types and whatnot. You have that brain. I can tell because I've never said both sides are the same and you keep throwing your own lying pos quote at me, because you were triggered and you have that idiot's brain. The eyes roll back, the out of service sign flipped, and the inability to comprehend is initialized.

Seriously. Please fuck off.
90% of all Americans are not democrats or republicans as you said earlier. Or are you going to deny saying that too? Did I say that gaslighting is a shitty tactic? Yeah, it is. Trump does it all the time, btw.

If you don't want to be corrected, don't be wrong all the time.

So, here you go again with a broad brush nonspecific claim. "Americans are shit". At least this time you explained yourself. You explained that "Americans are shit" means they don't agree with you. Upon that I can agree. I agree that you think everyone who disagrees with you are shits. Refer to the line that is above this paragraph.

lmao. Are you joking?

I know I have had to make several competing threads because of the right wing troll threads that spread false information about Democrats.

So what I'm seeing and hearing isn't really whats going on. I see, sounds familiar. Where have I heard that before?
Im guessing all the right wing propagandists that want to convince their cult that their lies are reality so that they don't question the spam they get trolled with on factual information sources like AP news and Reuters.

To be honest, I've read a few different articles about this (NPR, MSNBC, CNN, Daily Beast) and im not seeing anything about lying, just people being asked to resign, being reposted, and some losing their jobs for admitting their past pot use while in legal states. Is this wrong? Can you post something to the contrary, other than the DB article that you decided for yourself that they lied. Nowhere in that article did they say that was the case, just that that could be a possibility.

Those articles were written according to unnamed sources that made unfounded accusations.

The White House press secretary set the record straight and gave a full accounting to the media.

The media largely ignored it because the truth that it only affected 5 liars doesn't sell.

The press secretary isn't where you go for facts either, lol
