Possible huge mistake?

Hello Everyone

First ever grow.

I am about 2 weeks away from harvest.

Yesterday I decided to trim some of the leaves around the plant and today it looks like this.

Like it’s dying? Also doesn’t smell anymore.

What should I do? Can I save it?

Doubt trimmings some leaves would have cause this.
Probably more to feeding and watering problems. If was mine would chop and start over.

It looks about a week into it being chopped and hung to dry already.

when you trim you create an open wound on the plant and it becomes more susceptible to mold problems especially later in flowering i’d just harvest to save what i can also there arent many white pistils so yeah i’d harvest

if its rot it spreads fast so at least keep a very close eye on the rest of the plant and check the harvested buds

Chopped off top buds and looked inside. Moldy.

Would putting a dehumidifier in the room help to prevent the rest of the plant from being infected?

first I would work in exhaust if you don’t have that already

Bud rot is systemic and will spread thru the rest of the plant.. Harvest while you still have something..
