Hey gentlemen,

I cannot for the life of me find a single store selling #4 within 150mi of me. Any tips of find a carry if it? The Oregons finest store directory is pretty outdated at this point. Most of those hydro shops are out of business.

Worse case- best alternative soil?
roots organic , good soil …. You can make any soil work with nectar as long as it’s prepped….

4 in early flower! The purple crunch and purple cake have a strange shape, they're really lanky but short. They'd be perfect for a scrog right now. The branches are really long if I tied them down those plants would brush out to 4x4

Your space keeps growing with your plants! Lookin good.

I soaked 10 seeds last night in some zues and woah. 3 or 4 of them have their little tails poking out in under 12 hours. Pretty crazy.

He'll ya that's what I've been doing too. They crack open in hours. When I plant I like to use Dr Root and Bigfoot.

I used a 1/4 dose of full on because I use RO. In some FF light warrior With great white watered in and dynomyco in the seed hole. Threw them in a humidity chamber on a heat mat. Im hoping for a 100% success but we will see.

So I picked up some biochar but now I need to activate it. I don’t really have 3-4 week to charge it in compost. I read you can charge it in a few days via liquid fertilizers. Anyone have any insight? I wonder if charging it in nectar + compost tea would be a good idea.

Ys I also have some kind of biochar mix in my soil. Grow shop owner gave it to me in a no name bag. I did mix it up and watered with zues and let it sit, don't remember for how long.

Alright I’ll be the Guinea pig.

Does the char sponge up a lot of the liquid? Should I do 1 cup char to 1 cup liquid?

Which fertilizers worth adding? I’m leaning toward Medusa.

I have some home made compost I’ve been sitting on. I tend to use it only in the garden because I don’t tediously remove all he seeds from my produce. Im sure this stuff is full of activity though.

I took the #4 soil, mixed the biochar mix in, also mixed in 1 Tbl of one shot per gallon of soil, watered with zues and let sit. I'm sure some microbes would be good maybe some photo plus and slf.

What’s nice with using nectar from a previous grow is that it’s all there already .just adding the biochair , bokashia , one shot to the mix will all get broken down with the microbes already present thing is let them feast on the bone meal already in it….SLF , photoplus , helps….

:???:I’m not sure about this. I’m hoping the water will evaporate out in a few days.

did 5ml Gaia, 5ml Medusa, 2ml zues. If this somehow manages to dry out I’ll add some powdered mycro and em1

I like to use fabric pots so the soil can breathe and it dries out quicker. In the bu c kit that water has nowhere to go.
Unless you drill small holes on the bottom , that there is not good …. Don’t waste it mix it in with fresh soil or amended soil …black gold . All I use is frantic pots that sits on “ pot stand “ in a saucer … 1D552C41-2E4A-49C2-BE69-673B02B03EC2.jpeg

Hey Bubba how would you donyour ripening flushes and for how long? Regimen says last 2 weeks only here and Aphrodite's, but 2 weeks seems like a long time. My plants leaves arevalready starting to fade to yellow in late flower, week 6 on a week strain. Wonder if it's bettervtontaper down for a few feeds then start the ripening flush?

yes you be correct … it’s better to cut back on the feed then just a cut off and starting flush … with cutting back the feed you don’t have to do a 2 week flush , 1 week is good enough ….I did 3 week flushes , 1 week flushes … but if done right you should start to see the fade or fall colors start before the flush ….
