I had some limbs snap (4) in a nasty storm also, was able to save two of the limbs with tape. The other didn't take. It sucks but it is the risk of being outside.

Is that one on the edge of a haying field? Have seen a few plants grown on the edge of potato and hay fields.
I'm officially calling the blueberry in its first week of flower. Everything's rolling along. Popped a couple more beans couldn't help myself. The blueberry, collie man kush, chemdog#4 fallen soldier, and the BT7 are all about eye height. I'm in for a hurting come trim time, doing my best to cut out possible larf but it only takes a few days from stripping up till the nodes that are getting the glory in the sun for them to fall in the shadows of new growth. The sativa leaning structures on the blueberry and BT7 really just open themselves up to the sun. I've had to cut on the blueberry a bunch only because it has been extremely vigorous and I'm trying to control it, still the largest tallest plant in the garden. The BT7 has pretty much been growing itself like a boss, beautiful structure.

It's the edge of what once was a pasture/hayfield when I was growing up but has been fallow for 10 or more years. Invasive species like black locust and Eastern juniper are staring to take over.

Oh man. Yea, bittersweet has literally taken over and is destroying my property, but we refuse to use the only real way to eradicate it, with that frigging poison that kills everyone, I forget the name, you know it. Everyone's sueing them.

Although it's hard to tell, the furthest tall plant is now over 7'. My little outdoor patch, I believe it's the Waziri, but have to double check.

I love your setup! Is that special plastic or just normal visqueen?
I never know if I should cut the interior stuff off or not and it may sound weird but its kinda hard for me to do it lmao…so I sit their with a scissors in my hand and just contemplate next year.

I was determined after sitting in trim jail for nights and weeks on end last year I wasn't going to grow any bullshit larf this year. After early topping and a little lst early on last year I just let them grow. Now I go up to the plant and kind of spread open the canopy if I see scraggly branches not reaching the rest of the tops I cut it out. I think when they send these long skinny nodes from the bottom of the plant that spend all they're energy just trying to reach the top without any other internodes or bud sites the plant is spending too much energy to try and get one crown. I just see it as energy better spent growing buds that are in the sun on nice strong branches. Also if there are big fans on the top growth of the cola facing inward blocking light from the budsite I'll cut them. If you cut thoughtfully they will thank you.
