People always bring up how curing breaks down chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is green. When it breaks down it changes and then loses color. You can see it happen with buds that are left outside of a jar. Keeping it inside a jar slows that process down, but it's still working towards the goal of turning your dank into garbage.

i smoke it as well the first day it is dry until now i dried it too fast 5days or soo. and it was a little bit harsh. but 6months in to the cure is usually the tastiest to me.of course my weed is not"perfectly" dried

I start vaping my weed after it's been in jars for a week (no smoke, no harshness). But I've had very pleasant highs from old buds, like the tiny one pictured.

I mason jar all my weed. By the time it hits 6 months I consider it junk. I don't understand how people are saying they can keep it for a year or more.

Ha ha. How wrong you are. I'm an old school punk rocker. And actually I don't toss it out. I just don't enjoy it. I'm always going to my freshest jars. And use the old crap for edibles. lol
