Here are some pictures of the setup.

You can see in picture one the speaker sitting as it normally would.

In picture two, you can see the main panel is removed and a second panel sits behind it, blocking off remaining light.

In picture three both panels are removed and you can see a hinged door with exhaust hole.

In picture four you can see the grow area in general. All plants are sitting in positions best suitable for obtaining light.

Picture five is the same thing as picture four with lights.

Picture six: Second largest plant to date.
Picture seven: Largest plant to date.

Hahaha! Yeah, Like I said I am going for a light fixture similar to yours.

For now, being I could not find those adapters I need to use what I have laying around.

As for all the plants, I have another speaker which I will be using in addition & some will also go outdoors once space lessens.

Hmm... I guess I will have to look a little harder. I wish I could have found them today.... :-|
2 of 7 started to die when I raised light intensity & duration. I lowered things again and they seem to be doing better then before at very least.

How does 18/6 sound for light? I might add that I am currently at 24/0.

using 2 20 watt CFL and the box is very small. 1 and a half foot tall 9 inches wide. Yea im supprised aswell.

Sounds fun!

What size pot(s) would you all suggest for this grow? Should I use one square pot and put a divider in the center to get the most out of my space? I was thinking of using a bag being it would fill up the space more efficiently, leaving more room for my growing medium. Any suggestions?

you can either go with a few weeks of 18/6 or go straight 12/12 up to you read some journals and see what strikes you. i wouldnt do 24 hr. light

unless your growing some really really really small auto dwarf plants ,there is no way thats gonna be enough room bro.. better start thinking of somewhere else to put em before they outgrow the speaker.Because trust me they are going to.

Hehehe! If you read previous posts, you will notice I have another speaker in the process of being transformed (same size/shape).

Some plants will go in the new speaker grow box and some will stay in the one seen on this thread. Others, will go outside to become monster plants that have a little over an extra month of veg. I am also sure some will end up males and have to be chopped down.

All worked out ;)

heres some pics of my fist grow a couple years ago.. it was also inside a speaker
Awesome! Looks very similar to my own.

One thing you can not see in my pictures is the light proofing method I used for the fan. I took a square plastic bowl and cut an inch rectangle in one side.

This is placed over the fan and the air comes through the rectangle which is on the bottom side.

One week pictures coming soon.
