Growing in a tree

Yeah i know i harvested too early that's why i only harvested one plant. It was a political move because i've been smoking my roommate's weed all semester and i needed to come back with something. I'm planning to harvest the rest in another 2 weeks unless people think they should go even longer than that. Advice would be great.

Right now i'm drying out the harvest in my dormroom closet. We're thinking about converting our closet into a grow room for the winter. I love art school.

Anything illegal in a dorm room is very risky. I'm not sure about the rules at your school but some schools have 3 strike policy that will get you expelled and I would assume that growing might warrant a more severe punishment and likely legal repercussions. Its just hard to get privacy and you dont have any search and seizure rights in a college dorm.

Very nice tree grow, i love it. Excellent job

with the right locks and carbon filters... a dorm room closet would be bad... you could probaly get a 400w HPS in there on the bottom and a 250mh on top, get a few harvests in... haha

best of luck with whatever you do =]

So i harvested my other plants last weekend and things look pretty sweet. The hermaphrodites were starting to rot because of a long streak of wet weather but that's okay because i only wanted the seeds out of them. It was interesting because the plant that survived the longest and was looking quite good was the one that fell out of the tree and had it's main stalk completely snapped. I did my best to breed that plant with my largest male so i have high hopes for next year's crop. Message me if you want any seeds.

The females are all cut and currently drying. From the looks of things, i'm expecting 300+ grams.

As for the stuff i harvested earlier, since it was still early in the bloom cycle, it was a really light high. I used some of it to make hash oil but i don't know if i'll do that again because it felt like i was smoking alot of chemicals with the ipsopropal method. I think i'll try out the butane this time with the unsmokables.

Great idea to put it in a 75 ft tree. I just joined this place today. I read a bunch of stuff prior. This was definitely the most interesting thread I've read yet. Which made me want to sign up Toooday.

I've grown a handful of plants, but I've never had any luck. Soon as they started flowering, someone would usually find it and kill it, or steal it.
I got a bunch of ideas and stuff from my dad, and uncle. Since they used to grow shrooms and weed when they were in their teens and mid twenties. One of them was to grow in my tree in the backyard, he said make a platform, since this tree is very capable of making one. and a large one too.

My brother planted two plants about 2 months ago. I doubt they'll amount to anything good. They'll be like the bastard children. And I have a bunch of seeds from really good weed that I've bought. Or from friends who've grown, and there batch was definitely good.

I was thinking of cloning his plants, and leave them indoors. Just to see If I'll have more luck than him. When do you say is a good time to clone? If I even should clone these. I asked my dad and uncle, they both said they never had reasons to clone, since they always just had a bunch of plants.

And potatomon, hella bad ass. I'd go barefoot too. Unless you got some moccasin shoes. Those work hella good.

Basically i just bred my two strongest plants. My knowlage of strains are limited but i would say it's a satia/indica mix favoring indica. Any guesses from more experienced growers?

Hopefully not. I cut off all the pollen sacks on the hermaphordites so they would not pollinate themselves. It is this inbreeding that causes more hemaphordites. By allowing only true males to pollenate, it should lower the chances of hermaphordites next season.

Everything is dried, trimmed and organized by size. I've been enjoying the big buds and have been quite satisfied with the end result of my grow. Here is a picture of everythingg bagged up:

There has been much celebration:

HAHAHA. This is a good idea. I love seeing ingenuity applied to the growth of medicinal marijuana. I love seeing McGyver stuff applied to growing.
