I haven't even begun to read this entirely, except for the first page, but I think that the only way to do it (from a technical standpoint) is to make the titles gender neutral.

we were talking about the titles under than names but also for a way to know the gender of the person you are addressing at first glance.

I guess it doesn't really matter but I thought it would be nice.
