Yeah no doubt about there being expensive cars around the country. The zr1 is really fun to drive!
The Uk has great cars though! I am a Top Gear head, Jalopnik reader, and car lover. HD Theatre has great British car shows and so does BBC! English racing tradition is deep rooted and the cars around the Uk are sweet. You guys get all the limited edition cars from Germany and usually have more HP like the old Audi's (RS4 Wagon anyone?). You can also get your hands on true JDM spec Japanese cars in limited production. Do you know how hard it is to get a Focus RS in this country? Cosworth, MGB's, TVR's, Morgans, Triumphs, old and recent (as in the last 2 years) Jag XKR's!!!!!

can't really think of a moment in the last 3 years that i'd have been able to top 155mph before needing to slow down or pull back in 
most of my work with people, revolves around trophy wives, so some of the things that roll into the parking lot are rather to die for. and then there are always the blokes in their M5/6's etc, had a sonkingly nice bright yellow corvette in a little bit back that made all the glassware tinkle in the building i kid you not
but man, that car at 18, imagine if he tried to take out his own policy on that i know that a friend can't even get insured on an Evo until he's 21, and his insurance for a pesky 1.6L seat leon was £3500 for his first year with it.

The Mercedes is stock with 500hp, you do realise what can be done to it if tuned like your saxo?

Yeh the cars fully insured even though here its not law to do so and majority of drivers are not insured.
On a side note, how fuked is he for his next car and the one after that? what the hell will he get for his 21st? kinda scrwed it for himself there lol

yeh i know very young for not jus any benz but top of the line amg model. Im happy for him though, Just dont see this back home in the UK at all, ever, unless your a footballer! even rich kids parents cant buy em cars like this due to the brutal insurance situation.

YES!, I was waiting for a hater that had no idea, to push the same bhp/ton as my saxo cosworth when it is road ready the SL55 would have to run 1600bhp.

my saxo right now: 312bhp/ton
650bhp SL55: 325/330bhp/ton
a properly tuned SL55 would see 1000bhp not 650bhp.
