The Unbelievable Saw

I was researching ways to cut limbs to open up my grow spot for more light penetration and came across this! its called the Unbelievable Saw. its a small hand operated chainsaw and after seeing a few youtub videos testing it, i think im gonna get one.

Has anyone used one of these? seems like a quick and quiet way to cut some branches. i just need to figure out away to get it onto some higher limbs.

anyway, let me know if you've used it or considering it!

thanks!

get a long thin rope and tie a weight to it. throw it over the branch you want to cut. then tie the heavier rope with the saw to the thin rope you threw over the branch. pull it up and over and do the deed.

you could use a bow and arrow for the really tall ones.

look out below.

thanks for the replies everyone! tying a long rope with a weight on the end for ones up higher was a thought of mine. thats probably what i'll do now that i have a second opinion!. bow and arrows a good suggestion but i would probably end up impailing myself hahaha.

i dont want do use a tree pruner because im only using things that fit in a backpack for this grow, for stealth purposes.

thanks again.

yea i didnt use this specific brand but the one i did use created tons of friction in the cut and was a real b*tch. Personally I prefer a really sharp hatchet as you can use it one handed. Depending on the area it may be more advantageous to climb up the tree and get a few select branches rather than the whole thing.

I have this one and its pretty damn sweet. I call it Excalibur haha real light and thin all steel one piece and at 16 inches it has some weight to get through some big stuff but still works one handed and is easy to carry around. I take it camping very often so i can vouch for its usefulness. The Unbeleivable saw videos on youtube make me want to try this one however.
