Male or female? I'll let the veteran growers help me out.

I'm a newb...i posted a thread awhile back asking if my plant is a girl or not but i was told it was too early to tell. But I think i saw some pistils today! Check out these pics and let me know what you think. And I know some are a little blurry, sorry.
:bigjoint:
too early to tell imo. check out my grow http://skiweeds.angelfire.com scroll about halfway down to above june 1st. thats how you tell if its a female. when you see those white hairs come out. dont confuse it with those stiff green sepal looking things that grow between the nodes.

here is an example of male flowers http://www.marijuana-picture.com/gallery/male_marijuana_plant/pages/photo-of-male-marijuana-plant.htm

for me after switching my mh bulb to my hps bulb and light cycle to 12/12, it took about 10 days to first show signs. took about 14 maybe a few days longer cant exactly remember for smaller plants which i put in flower earlier than normal.

good luck

She's a bag seed. Me and two other friends bought an oz of some SourD x Grapefruit bud and split it three ways and there was only one seed in the entire oz and it's her...
But where I live, people make up names to make a sell. So she's unknown...but the leaves look indica to me.

Yeah I know...but this is my first grow and it's just a test run. Next go around I might use bagseed again and then go buy seeds somewhere the next time when I get my HPS. I'm just using CFLs now so I wouldnt wanna waste some good seeds like that.

Male / Hermie: (you can see pollen sacks no white hairs coming from it) look above the pollen sack you can see the female flowers this plant was removed

im no super expert, but IMO, if you found 1 seed in stuff as dank as that, there is a very good chance that the seed is a feminized seed. so it should automatically be either female or a hermy. sometimes when growing with feminized seeds, the genetics inherit hermaphrodite traits. also if female plants get too stressed, they can turn hermy and grow pollen sacks. males have the xy chromosome. females have the xx chromosome. a female that turns hermy still has the xx chromosome. if it pollinates another female, the offspring is forced to be XX since the Y is non existant in female plants. the results is a feminized seed. this is my guess of what happened to whomever was growing the stuff you got. looks real healthy to me. your doing a great job! hope you have an awesome harvest! tell you what though, if you upgrade to a HPS you will be amazed in the results. or even better, get a mh for veg and hps for flower. they have mh conversion bulbs so you can use the same ballast as the hps. i got all my stuff from htgsupply.com was kinda pricey but i wasnt disappointed. happy growing!

Damn...so I accidently got a feminized seed...that doesnt usually happen! Well that's cool. Wish I would have known that earlier so I wouldnt have been worried my one plant would be male haha...but all is good. My girl has shown her sex and has actually began to produce all those white pistils that you see in the early stages of flowering! Oh yeahhh :bigjoint:
