damn..cant believe ive missed this thread..i should fit right in

tight did the same thing with the uhaul box i bout 2 rolls of foil tape at wallmart ( goes on like duct tape have to peel back layer off first) small hydro setup just trying to figure what cfls to go with have it set up for 6 lights right now what wattage should i use?

I bought a pack of 23 watt bulbs from walmart, home depot has higher wattage bulbs. I personally grow with three 42 watt cfls.

I am growing two White Widows that started in an old cheap dog crate and then had to use Guinea Pig cage fencing as the plants grew to about 3 feet. I've come a long way ghetto wise. Enjoy some pictures. They have been flowering for a couple of weeks now !!! Hahahaha

When i started out i had 252 watts of CFL, grew some dank ass buds with it...everything but yield was great. But top quality shiznit!

hey everybody i was just in my grow space doing my daily plant inspection and i noticed that one of my plants are showing little pre flowers (looks like tear drops with a tiny white pistol coming out (<----thats what im looking like as im typing this lmao) ive grown male plants 3 times so i could tell their pre flowers in my sleep now

im thinking about taking a couple clones off it tommorow since i have a bunch of rockwool cubes waiting to be used im also going to be building a seperate box for them soon, might get a uhaul box like concord kiss-ass

anybody knows
How long can i continue to veg even though it's showing pre flowers? they're on 18/6

You can veg as long as you want with pre flowers. If you need time to take clones and let it bounce back you have nothing to worry about. One warning though they will get bigger during flower so keep an eye on your available space. They will almost double in size sometimes. I had a friend let one get a little to big before it went into flower. It was trying to jump out the closet door and slap him in the face whenever he had to open the door about 6 weeks into flower

Thanks teflon ok so i think ill wait another week before i take the clones then so they will be a little bigger with more nodes... and ive been keeping a close eye on how big theyre getting it seems like they're growing at least 1 1/2 inches per day so i can only imagine how fast they will grow during the stretch in flowering ..i just picked up some molasses yesterday so i have everything i need for flowering now..i have about 4 feet to work with and if they get bigger than that i can take off the shelf and it will add another two feet or so i think im good height wise. I cant wait until i start to see some buds on these things lol

Thats what my friend ended up doing. he had to take the shelf out and move the light to to closet ceiling. It was a gorgeous beast that filled his entire closet densely from wall to wall but it was too fucking big.

Im going to be begining flowering on Sunday they seem to be doing great to me what do you think ?

Anybody out there using molasses ?
i have a couple questions for u

Can i use it through out the entire flowering ? (except flush)
Or should i wait until the second week ?(when the buds start to form)

heres from my notes kush, looks great man!!

I use Grandma's Molasses, 1 tablespoon per gallon during both vegging and flowering and even during flushing. GrandMa's Unsulfured Molasses. Yellow label on bottle. The CalMag and Iron in GrandMa's is higher in percentage than what Pure Blend Pro CalMag is too. You can use it during the entire veg and bloom. If used in veg, just give once weekly at 1 tbls per gallon. Same amount throughout bloom, including during the flush phase. Makes your buds very sweet and good after a proper dry and cure. Treat it like any other CalMag product basically.

i got a question for ya bro....after about 2-3 days my water that has molasses in it gets this funky ass rotten smell to it...since ive only got a couple smaller plants going..its dont take much to water them...so a gallon can last me forever.how do you keep your molasses from going bad?...i know i cant keep it in the fridge...and i dont want to have to keep pouring out whole bottles and losing all the nutes im adding to it...should i make smaller containers of it when i use it...should i keep the top on or off the jug...i stopped using it for a while because a couple times i watered my plants without smelling it and had a rotten smell in my grow box for about 2 weeks

@Concord thanks bro i pickd up some grandmas brand molasses the other day i didnt know i could use it during veg tho (you learn something new everday on here lol) i guess ill mix some molasses and 50 % veg/50%bloom nutes next watering ...so when do you plan on flowering your plants ? im starting flowering sunday and i can't wait lol
