Jerry's Perpetually Organic Garden

Sorry for replying to that hijack there, jerry, but i thoguht it was important to point out that if u go organic, time is minimized on the garden.

Looking forward to your next update....how many strains you run at a time on average?

I spend so much time because 1) I like being around the plants and 2) I can't sleep anyway.

As for strains, I like having a variety, but I've never had anything quite like my current situation. Usually it's only a few, but right now I have 11 if you count the Reserva Privada Sour Diesel as different from the Cali Connect Sour Diesel, or 13 if you independently count the 2 Sour OG phenos and the 2 Tahoe OG phenos.

It feels like a lot.

I like your method of gardening in small area and i also like your plant collections since you have maintained your plants very well.

Thanks feel free to stick around for the show. Should have new pics up soon.
Space Queen x Querkle sounds bomb :weed:
Yeah having not tried either I'm not sure how it will turn out. There's already Space Queen in the Querkle so it might just bring out those qualities a bit more.

Space Querkle? Querkle Queen?

hey jerry how ya been man? cant wait for them pics. ? fer ya.. what size are youe flower rooms again?
well i just started an auto grow. a lil 2x3x5.so i was curious. i also got my boy making me sum cali conn seeds.
sum tahoes sum larrys and mix of the 2.
that tga cross would be like mostly sq like 75% i think if im not too baked.

My tent is 6'x6'x6.5' with a 600w hps. My other flower space is something like 1.5'x2.5'x4' with a 400w mh...very small, but large enough to start flowering under. Would be great for autoflowering plants, though I don't really understand the appeal of auto strains in general. To each their own.

I wonder how breeding a male Querkle and female Space Queen would differ from using a female Querkle and male Space Queen...or more generally male Plant A x female Plant B as compared to female Plant A x male Plant B?

very interesting try it out and see what happens tho it will takes months just make sure its all documented

It would be different in that when you cross a Male Querkle into a Female Space Queen, the plants should be basically Space Queen, with either characteristics mostly from the mosther, mostly from the father or a mix of both. Then its the opposite if you had a Father Space Queen, and a mother Querkle, it would be basically a Querkle plant but with the trait's i just explained.
Thats just how i took it when i first started looking into breeding. When i crossed a Hollands Hope into my Jack Herer x Shoreline x Herijuana, the plants i grew from that cross came out very similar to the mother, but it was a lil bit different, I noticed a different smell, but the bud structure was the same. I also got two similar pheno's like the ones i got from the original JHxSLxHJ. That was just my experience tho, i could be wrong, just a high rant lol bongsmilie

Well I got pics of all plants, except the Cali Connect Sour Diesel and Jamaican Me Crazy. All 6 of them are only a few weeks old, so not much to see yet. I'm going to transplant them in the next day or so, at which point I'll get some pics.

So lets look at the 21 plants I did photograph, shall we?

Tahoe #3. Out of a pipe this stuff tastes like straight lavender soap. Imagine walking into one of those terrible bath and body works stores in the mall and picking out some lavender soap, and that is what it tastes like. It's a little different vaporized, with added hints of funky citrus. Either way it takes you on a mental vacation every time.

Tahoe #2. This is my favorite smoke. It stretches and stretches and stretches but is just the tastiest smoke. It's OG Kush but sweeter. Divine.

Sour OG #3. A very beautiful blend of Diesel and Kush, very evenly balanced. I've got a bag of this in my mouth as I'm typing this, and I love it.

Sour #4. This pheno tastes like grape sour kush and hits you right between the eyes.

Soma NYC Diesel. I keep saying this is the most beautiful plant I have ever grown, and it continues to live up to the hype. Just awesome.

Space Queen #1. Not as tall as #2 and #3. Flowering a bit more slowly as well.

Space Queen #2. Tall. Looks very much like #3.

LSD, re-vegged. Will make a nice little head stash to keep for the future. I threw some Querkle #1 pollen on it, even though its a month into flower. I only did a couple lower buds, so I can let them go the extra time to let the seeds mature.

I just transplanted the following 5 Reserva Privada Sour Diesel, 1 RP OG Kush and 1 Amnesia Lemon a couple days ago. I trained all of them a couple weeks ago, but let them out of their bondage for the last couple days. All have been re-trained, and I took before/after shots to kind of show how I do it.
Sour Diesel #6.

Amnesia Lemon. Untrained (it was a flowering clone that branched out crazy after rooting).

I tried to get a pic of the Tahoe #3, but they never seem to quite do it justice. I'll get some dry bud shots soon though.

I had some soapy tasting haze a few years back. Im not sure what strain, but I love the taste. Makes me want to grow some Tahoe.

Great work as always!

Still haven't made the Tahoe hash yet...I'm waiting for the next batch to finish up and combine it with the trim from the first run so I get a decent yield from it. I didn't label the bags though, so I'm not exactly sure which one is which in the freezer. I'll figure it out though. I just made some wicked canna butter using a slew of trim I've had sitting in my freezer for a while.

I'll be shutting down whenever the last round of plants finishes, which right now is looking like early June.

Yeah I'm totally in love with the NYCD. Those colas should be massive when all is said and done...

no cuz there was a no go the grow. the house i was going to use got unavailable at last minute.
i do now have some autos going. the appeal to me is the fastness of the harvest.
some of them are really nice man. worthy of any garden. i plan on
growing my cali conn stuff asap tho. after seeing what you got out of them.
i had a buddy make me some tahoe seeds so ima have a shit load of em.
well happy growing jerry ill be back brotha. go blue!

I almost threw in the towel with the general organics but watching your grow inspired me to keep trying. Now I have some really nice stuff working with the GO line, Thanks Jerry, +Rep
