my fiance and i are going to choose a new name that is not at all similar to either of our names. our names don't have historic value and neither of us care for tradition.
no offese but i was just reading through the responses here and ou can tell taht the people who give a shit about this stuff have never been in a real relationship.
name really doesn't matter for shit. it's all societal norms that give you this idea that you have to have the same name and that it is expected. be whatever the fuck you want. i've never cared about my name, i am happy i can find a name that suits me. it will be much better than the name i was born with.
