well that sucks about the no outdoors part.

but, hey...what strains you looking into?

I've got GreenHouseSeeds Super Silver Haze growing outdoors atm. I wouldn't recommend them though. In face I wouldn't recommend any feminized seed selling company (except for emerald green - solely because I would grow them). I like the looks of TGA, Mandala and delta9. Sannies seems to be buzzing around a bit.

So let us know what you are thinking of going with.

In about 3 weeks if they are still in stock my next purchase is going to include Ace seeds - Purple Haze x Panama , Barneys - Laughing Buddha, Barneys - Blue Cheese and Holy Smoke Seeds - Black honey haze...

And after seeing the post above me I reckon a few weeks after that order I'm going to be hitting up Sannies and collecting some of there beans...

I havent checked into strains too much yet. I would like to get a fairly high yielding variety. Have you bought seeds before as I am rather nervous about buying them and getting them shipped to me.

Don't be too concerned about getting seeds sent to you. I have done it 2 times to my home address with my own name on the front and everything...paid with credit card. However, I only order 10 (paid for) seeds at a time. So not worried if they get nabbed by the whoever in the postage system, its not to bad $ wise. Do choose stealth though...and don't post up on here how they do it...;)

High yielding? Mate, lets get some quality over quantity bro...dank as they say in USA or Dak in enzed (I believe, see here and here)

Get some of this into ya, ya kent.

yeah I mean...what drew you to those genetics?

I reckon TGA markets themselves as a pretty decent breeder....so I want to grow out everything they have...I do gaze at other breeders, mandala, emerald triangle and delta9, but no other really...so I find it interesting to see other strains on other's wish lists, as I don't know why I would want to grow them instead of the TGA, Mandala etc etc.

Yeah well I gotta admit Ive never really gotten into varieties etc... Have been looking at white widow or ICE strains, really looking for something to set me apart from other peeps. Maybe some bubblelicious. Theres so many breeders out there its hard to pick but nirvana seems to get good reviews from what Ive read.

the write up of those genetics you want seem mouth watering...

I am keen to know what you think of the purple haze x panama and the black honey haze...I am after quite a psychedelic high...

you know, the one that your mind's eye goes fucking wild and you don't know whether you are alive or dead.

I like the potential colour of the Laughing buddha, The blue cheese sounds tasty, The black honey haze picture looks impressive colour wise and the spicy liquorice flavour would be a sure hit round my way, and the description of the Purple Haze x Panama is too tempting for me to pass up...

Mate, you are growing indoors I take it?

I reckon, grab a 2 five packs of nirvana seeds. Get your system dialled in, so you are familiar to the whole process.

You could do a dry run with some lettuce, but FARK that.

THEN, get some wicked genetics sent to you. You will find out what is good by reading a lot on this forum, grow reports, smoke reports etc etc. By the time you get to the flowering cycle of your nirvana grow, you will have heaps of strains you have on your 'to grow list'.

Cheers

If I've got enough time I'll pop a couple of the beans from those this season, keep them outdoors and see how they go... So midway through the year you can get my opinion of them...

I highly doubt the purple haze x panama will thrive in my area but I believe it is at the least worth a try...

yes.

I have a feminized Super Silver Haze growing in my garden at the moment. I have posted pics up on here if you want to go back and have a look...some think that it may indeed be male.

Male, from a feminized seed.

Some feminized seeds go hermie as well.

But to be honest...a lot of that shit happens because people that are growing from seed for the first time are most likely to be growing from feminized seeds if they are paying for seeds. Most fuck ups happen the first few times (hence why I said go nirvana for your first grow...they are cheap) the first few times you do anything...so maybe that is why these hermie and shit happens because of noob growers.

I recommend going regular seeds, only, if you can.

From someone who has grown alot and smoked shit tons of fancy strains... Nirvana is a good place to start, genetics show little but favourable variation, always adequate if not primo, good production cheep etc. I think many would be suprised at what they get from Nirvana, it is pretty oldschool but the shit still stacks up with anything else. My two best mums are both from nirvana, the best bubblicious I've ever tried was nirvana, I have currently 6 nirvana strains. I have been around the world looking for something better and not really found much...
