im having trouble getting my head around this but whats with 80% of the stoners and only growing weed? you will jump on someones ass and defend the plant till the death but thats all you care about is the one plant. you dont give a shit about tree's or food or the environment. your state will pass a law prohibiting the growing and you'll bitch about it, but your state will to great lengths to deforest and pollute but you could care less. heck you wont even go as far to try and promote legalization of kratom not that you even give a damn or no about it. you'll even go as far as saying opium is(a plant) something that should be kept where it is and have harsher laws but you wont even go as far as to legalize kratom, a plant that helps people get off of H and alc. the biggest set of hypocrites ive ever met. you dont care about a single plant but pot.No wonder we get stereotyped and are so looked down upon, no wonder its still illegal and sceduled as H its because of the value you put on it above all other plants.

so tell me whats with all you STONERS and not giving a fuck about plants at all?

hypocrite would be the wrong term, and if you look through the forums you'll see that some do post pics of their other garden plants. as for deforestation go to a picket line or meeting where locals are volunteering their time and energy to preventing it. guess what most of those people are stoners. calling someone a hypocrite for not having your personal political beliefs or priorities is a little hypocritical. especially since the entire legalization movement is about acceptance of our behavior by the government. nothing more nothing less. now if you want to identify yourself as a "stoner" go ahead and be a punk rocker or goth or whatever label you want. Just remember not everyone needs or wants to be labeled and grouped based on an insignificant part of who they are.

if it makes you feel any better, i care about other plants, albeit not to the extent that you seem to. you have to remember that for many stoners, their first love for any plant at all begins with cannabis.

my love of plants is pretty much restricted to gardening them, but the more i learn, the more i get exposed to other "plant stuff". i grow veggies, herbs, flowers, various bushes and shrubs, and a lawn. i care a lot more about plants and the environment in general than i did 10 years ago, and i honestly believe it started with cannabis. learning about growing practices that bother me or excite me is a direct result of my love for cannabis.

Why should we care, kratom has nothing to do with our drug of choice - at least growing cannabis has introduced many people to the pleasures of gardening.

I like to grow carrots and lettuce.. I have grown a couple of fruit trees to decent sizes. I can't pick fruit off of them anymore since I don't live over there. Ummm oh I grew a chinese plum tree from a seed and I take him wherever I move. I'm also gonna grow some marijuana outside when the seeds arive .. I like all plants.

they spray most potatoes with a chemical to keep them from rooting. if you buy organic potatoes, you can use them.

but it's best to buy seed potatoes.
