Is this a phosphorous/calcium deficiency?

don't do anything. no watering. no feeding. stop muckin' with the ph. water when pot feels very light, and re-assess.

Good advice. A plants world moves much slower than ours. And often growers jump to conclusion and make hasty moves. You need to give the plant 5 days or so to accomplish what it takes us a day or less too do.
Some citric acid added too your next few waterings would help, its what I would do if they were my plants anyways. The citric acid will help rinse out some of the build up of molasses in your medium. Wont harm or shock your plants a bit. 100% REAL lemon juice works pretty good, 1 or 2 tsps per gallon of water.

Yeah, I know these things take time but it's hard to be patient sometimes, hehe. I just watered yesterday with some water that had lemon juice concentrate in it. I'm also going to heed scrogdolyte's warning though and not overwater with the stuff.
 
Thought I would post an update... the plant still sort of looks like shit, all of the large fan leaves look pretty bad, but all of the new growth and sugar leaves that are coming in look pretty healthy so far. The buds are still growing and getting frostier daily, so I think the plant is springing back ok. I am out of town but will post some pictures on Sunday, if anyone is interested.

Yep its for the bacteria but they don't break down stuff to feed the plant. The sugar feeds them and their waste products feed the plant.
 
earth worm castings have calcuim $10 for a large bag...ph correction fluid is super cheap a little over $10 will get test drops, a vial, test fluid, and ph up and ph down. cali mag is under $20 for a large bottle that will last a very long time. epson salts and all that other stuff as you can see is pretty controversial. stick with the stuff up above, you really don't see people debating how well that works right??? probably because it works. for your next grow set up a budget of about $60 for plaint first aid and you should be financially prepared for just about anything, and if you do well you still got the cash! i also bought a ph kit before i even started growing because i knew more than likely i would need it, and i was right its essential.
 
*UPDATE*

So I still need some help, I left town for Thanksgiving for about five days and this is what my plants look like upon returning. The 2nd plant is Jack Herer, I believe it just needed water but I also gave it some food as well. Here is the imgur album

I'm guessing they're badly rootbound. If they were in veg, I'd suggest repotting into known good soil, say FF Ocean Forest ... I don't have experience with repotting while in flower. cn
 
Things to check for on your plant

PH
PPMS of feedings
How close plants are to lights
How often you feed
what you feed
ppms and ph of water source

I would suggest using some type of balanced fertilizer all the way through a 5-5-5 fertilizer all the way thorough. And a cal mag supplement if using ro water

Hmm, maybe. All are 12/12 from seed. It's an 8 inch container, so its probably around 3 gallons, a little less probably. It's about 2 months old right now, so it might be rootbound? I'm not sure what is wrong with it.

Ph: around 7, I've been watering with water phd slightly down, like to 6.5. Using lemon juice extract.
Ppms: Around 500 i believe.
Proximity to light: 400w hps, plant tops around 8 inches away. its a cooltube.
Feeding: about once a week, 1/2 to 3/4 strength AN Jungle juice. 2.5ml Grow, 5ml Micro, 7.5ml Bloom, starting to do a wee bit more as well.
ppms and water ph: addressed above

hopefully that helps, let me know what you think.

I'm not either. But when I see a plant in that condition, my immediate intuition is: roots want to breathe but ~wheeeeeze~ ... cn
