Tripping locations?

I'm moving back in with my parents for about a year then I plan on taking off to California. Anyways I hear the town they live in has lots of drugs. My mom doesn't care if I smoke weed or expierment with pschydelics but my dad is the opposite and I would prefer to do drugs outside of their home. If I could find some shrooms or LSD it would probably be right before winter or during winter. Do you think it would be wise to be tripping outside in the winter time? They live out in the country so I won't be bothered by anybody. I haven't done any real pschydelics yet

If you can get hold of mushrooms just scrathc lsd off your list, imo. I much prefer mushrooms when compared. I feel much more 'in control' and it makes you think slightly more negative than on Lsd but thats good because it is easy to see psychadelics as recreational when they really are a tool for mind expansion and soul searching. I like to trip where i know i can be comfortable, cause at points things get a bit overwhelming and you just need to lay down or have a sit. If you live in the country just come up in your room and when you feel like you can walk right again go outside for a wander.
Treat them with respect and give your trip some kind of focus and dont take more than 1g of mushrooms if it is your first time. Really scrap the Lsd idea especially if there isnt anyone around who is experienced with it and can help you take it.

I like to have a safe, secure place to be at the end of my shroom or LSD trips. Nothing like relaxing with mush head and a joint. I would hate to come down from my peak, still be trippin balls, and have no where to rest and be warm. If you can make a fire or a camp that would be ideal. Have some where that you can eventually put you head down and be safe. Maybe Im getting old but shrooming and LSD wipes me out physically and mentally.

Although I never went on a whole trip in my parents house,
when the hour was late and the trip was slowing down I would go home
and sit in my room playing The Doors, Grateful Dead, Beatles (white album) etc very quietly.
It was the end of many great trips.

I've done the camping out in the winter and tripping before. I can tell you from experience, zippers on sleeping bags can become really confusing.

oh yeah .. and at a festival with friends.. hire some if you don't have any... if you got acid, loads of people want to be your friends..

I agree with that in his situation... except it takes a LONG time to trust a friend enough to have a full blown trip around them. for most people. Just make sure that your "friend" takes a larger dose than you, and you should be fine ;)

I prefer to do strong trip all alone. And I wouldn't want to be stranded out in a blizzard. I like to feel freedom for the most part. Not like I'm trapped to one little scenario.

a buddy of mine recommended to me i go to an aquarium next time i trip. he says the colors of the fish are amazing and the trails when they swim are crazy.

HAHA, don't even get me started on aquariums tripping...... I'm permanently banned from the "gulfarium" for swimming with the seals. Fuckers... the seals loved me. Now whenever I trip, I'm too paranoid to go out like that. Too many mean people :(

Outside in the winter is fun but it's best to have a warm place readily available.
As far as getting to trust someone enough to have a full blown trip with them have the first time you take drugs together be MDMA. You'll trust each other enough to trip after that.

Tripping and snow is really fun...I used to like tripping with friends,but now I trip with friends occasionally..more so I'm bymyself..I can go out there furthur..unless I'm with my tour friend,then they understand the sillyness I become..last time I got spun,we were huffin a 60lb tank of nitrous after a primus show..only 3 friends but we kept passing the sheet every 10 mins it seemed..at like six a.m. I'm running up to everybody rubbing their foreheads with both hands calling em 'cockbrains'...don't know why but it seemed like the thing to do..others besides my friends probably wouldn't appreciate the weirdness...and that me when I trip..weird!...like hunter s tompson said..'it was allways weird,but it never got weird enough for me!'...

Invest in a pair of really nice boots. You need the waterproof, slip proof boot. I have a 200$pair of Red Wings. Wisest investment ever. No matter how bad it gets out there while you trip or whatever you do, you need to have warm feet. Warm, dry feet will be your salvation outside in the winter time.

Impman..merrell boots are just as nice,waterproof,and 140$...but dry warm feet are def. priceless..especially when spun.
