There will not be a Federal Civil rights case, the DOJ is just trying to save face by saying so. A civil rights case would be a sure loser since he was found innocent at trial.
Probably would have been a SHREWD business move. OJ Simpson fever was STRONG. I was overlooking the freeway when the white Bronco was being followed by 100 police.
Could have made him enough income that he wouldn't have had to steal all of his sports stuff back with a gun and go to prison.
BTW it wasn't a knife that was used, it was an entrenching tool.

It was a joke. According to everything I read Martin was on top of Zimmerman beating the shit out of him. I doubt he laid there taking a beating the whole time pondering if he should use is gun or not.
As far as the difference between a jam and a misfire. My bad I don't own a gun, once again, a joke.

His most recent court appearance may have been regarding stealing his own shit back from someone, but he is in prison for murder. Not officially, but may as well be. It is the reason he won't get paroled for a while. Nobody gets kidnapping and armed robbery charges for stealing their own shit and not hurting anyone.
If Zim keeps fucking around, he could end up doing hard time for small shit.
