2013 - 1991 = totally not 20+ years or something.
Gee Bucky, 13 + 9 = 22 which equals 20+ something. That seals the deal for me, you are a total dunce, no wonder you're still, and probably always will be, collecting welfare and working part-time @ the In-and-Out burger with Cheeztoes.

Hes not good at math at all. He really needs to stop doing math in public. He fails way more than he succeeds.

I remember one time he said 7 out of 42(or was it 43?) is 90+%.

Man, I am really divided on this...

On the one hand, no doubt Obama straight up lied about it. I personally feel he knowingly lied about it.

On the other hand, if the insurance is crap and shouldn't be legal to sell, then it needs to be fixed.

IMO, one of the biggest problems with healthcare is the insurance companies. The one good thing happening with AHCA was that insurance had to provide a certain standard.

Just because they can fool some dolt into buying a subpar plan doesn't mean it should be legal to do so.
kinda like those non-stated, sub-prime loans that school teachers who earn $35k/year were buying mcmansions with? am i right?..am i?..am i?

So college educated school teachers getting stated income sub prime loans weren't smart enough to understand the consequences? LOL
Sorry, greed feeds of greed my little leftie friend.

Yes, another perfect example. That should have been illegal as well.
I don't have much sympathy for them though. During that same time-frame I took out a loan to build a house.
They tried to sell me on that adjustable percentage rate. They offered me a very good deal with an APR. I told them, no way in hell would I be interested in a percentage rate that I couldn't budget. So I took a few percentage points higher, and paid that extra in the beginning to ensure that I wasn't screwed. Then the bottom drops and all these people jump up saying how it isn't fair and they should get help. Well, if they should get help, should I be reimbursed for the extra I spent to ensure I didn't get screwed?

Either way, I can agree with laws that would stop that kind of shit from happening. I am against lying about it inorder to pass the law.

I hope you're not talking about outlawing ARM's, or did you mean stated income loans?

The subprime loans that start out looking reasonable and then the next you thing you know the APR has been adjusted "to market value" and you are all of a sudden paying a mortgage note that is impossible on your salary. Whatever the hell they are called. I most certainly am not an expert. Which actually lends to my point, even I had enough common sense to run from that adjustable mortgate crap whereas a lot of people did not.

I found out I got raise today.
I also realized the only negative thing in my life right now is coming to this forum and reading what hateful retards like you spew everyday.

When we were buying our house. I went to lending tree which gave us over to a mortgage broker.
They lied about our credit and tried to push us into a APR mortgage. They are pretty slick about it. They let you get involved in the house so that it is a emotional decision. After the first meeting I let them do the paper work while at the same time going to a bank. When it came time to finalize the financing is when they sprung a 13.5% apr loan. I told them i would pass, at first they lowered the APR rate. Then when i said I'm done with you they started demanding I pay them for the apprasial and paperwork. I said get bent.

A lot of people who didnt research or have the means to research the process I am sure got screwed. Mortgage brokers dont care. They get paid as soon as they get the loan approved and they make more money the higher interest rate they can get you

you're the guy who hates civil rights for black people and has argued that black people are inherently dumber than white people.

you also compare civil rights leaders to the grand wizard of the KKK and then refuse to even attempt to demonstrate moral equivalence.

that, and you stick up for people who join white supremacy groups and you are from the deep south.

but it's probably everyone else who is racist, not you.

after all, you do have a black friend.

apparently, you are too dumb to understand sarcasm or realize that i was using ginwilly's own talking points against him.

i've met urban welfare rats and anchor babies who are smarter than you.

Link or you're a liar. Civil rights are righteous. I asked you why you think Title II is necessary and you said because of Chick-fil-a. A company that has never refused employment over sexual orientation and has gay people working there serving gay people food. You're kinda dumb.

you also compare civil rights leaders to the grand wizard of the KKK and then refuse to even attempt to demonstrate moral equivalence.
I compared that POS racist, money grubbing, anti-semitc womanizer Al Sharpton to David Duke, the fact that you hold Sharpton in such high regard tells us plenty about you. Call him to take up your cause and see what he charges.

that, and you stick up for people who join white supremacy groups and you are from the deep south.
LOL! I'm from Detroit, granted it was south Detroit though, lived in that area until I was about your age. I asked DD if he knew it's a white supremacy group and he said no. I asked you how you knew who the members of that private white supremacy club were and you refused to answer.

but it's probably everyone else who is racist, not you.
It's become painfully obvious to most on this forum that you claim racism on anyone who disagrees with you while point at entire groups of geographic regions and assign the racist or bigot label on them. You fail to see the irony because, as said above, you're kinda dumb.

after all, you do have a black friend.
You are just jealous that I have friends even when I don't have pot.

Dude, it's the weekend, can we call a truce? I know weekend has no meaning to you but it does to me. I really wouldn't mind just chillin and conversatin' if you can control yourself.

Civil rights are righteous.
unless, of course, it means a black person can sit at the same lunch counter as you.

then you say that civil rights are bad.

i mean, what if someone spits in their food? that's reason enough to hate title II, not the racist food spitters. so argued you, at least.

go ahead and tell me the moral equivalence between a civil rights leader and a white supremacist who was head of the Ku Klux Klan.

don't run away from your beliefs, justify them.

I asked DD if he knew it's a white supremacy group and he said no.
and you blindly, dumbly believe him, even after i point out that he knew exactly who the white supremacists were, had given them 'likes', and way more BEFORE he decided to join that group of white supremacists.

you defend and stick up for people who join white supremacy groups.

doer?

muyloco?

trousers?

cannabineer?

how about one mention of me calling NLXSK1 a racist last year, before he came out as a racist this year?

awwww, turns out reality fucking hates you.

i call racists racists. and i see one in you.

...while point at entire groups of geographic regions and assign the racist or bigot label on them.
not everyone from the south is a bigot, but it's a big indicator.

just like not everyone from the south is a filthy, three toothed hobo with a venereal disease, but the south is way ahead in venereal disease, poor dental hygiene, and low SES. also, way behind in education.

these are just facts, like california grows a lot of pot and oregon brews a lot of beer and seattle drinks a lot of coffee.

you mad or something? go bring education and sex ed to the south, if the bible thumpers even let you. don't just bitch on the internet about it.

You're confusing annual percentage rate (APR) with an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM)

Unless you had the worst credit in the world and were forced to buy B paper, you must have purchased your home back in the 1980's
ARM's have lower rates than fixed rate loans, hell I haven't heard of mortgage rates at 13% for over 25 years.

Got another cool story to tell?

word vomit filled with lies, hate and typical bigotry
Hey man, I admit I've allowed you to get under my skin before but it's Friday after a long work week (you wouldn't understand) so it ain't happening. I decided to love you in spite of your warts. Once I remembered a time when Red was owning you in a debate and you broke out stormfront red. You obsessively followed him around, would change his position in your arguments and even joined a racist website with his username and tried to pass it off as him. This went on for a long time. Then I remembered when desert dude was making you his bitch in a debate and suddenly he became DEA Dude and you did the same to him. This went on until you started accusing him of joining a white supremest private group and when you rattled of the names of the members, I had to think, how does he know the members of a private group? Then I remembered KKKynes after he absolutely destroyed you in several debates in a row. I guess I should feel honored.

So I've decided to accept the fact that you are going to misrepresent any argument I make, avoid any serious debate, and name call for awhile and do my best not to take the bait. Not tap the glass or feed the wild animals so to speak. Have a blast man, maybe someday soon I'll have another week like this and feed your sadistic side, but until then....
It's hot girl Friday!!!
