well for the lighting you have i would say great job my friend.
However since you cant add any more make sure you have the optimum light with what you have!
Tip for the CFLS get 2x 43W (if you can) and make sure they are 2700k or 3000k (proper spectrum for flowering) if they aren't already.
not to familiar with LED panels but i would get it as close to the top cola as possible since they give off almost zero heat.
Repost some pics in a week and show us if shes changed any!
