My Soil to Hydro Wilma 4 Pot Plan

Hi all i think this is my first tpoic here in the hydro world so go easy on my half stoned butt. lol

I currently use a 125cfl dual spec in a groom smaller than a dr60 tent so you can imagine an upgrade is needed for a decent harvest.

Here my future plan which a might be able to get on credit if the right limits are given to me.

Rough cost for everything about £340

Seed wise i have left are

1 auto Blue Mysic
3 Feminised Kaia Kush

This would be my first jump from soil to hydro so Im VERY aware stuff can/will/needs to be upgraded in time


Due to not having anymore autos i couldnt run a auto beside the KKs because KKs dont explode like autos do as i foudn out the hard way when trying to grow 1 BM next to a KK. An if i get most of the above for a setup upgrade il be pretty fucking stink for sometime till its all paid off.

I have a suitable E40 reflector but the cost of ballests an 400 watt blubs are Evil outside of packages, so i might be left with a 125 cfl + reflector gathering dust.

Im aware Secret Jardin are better tents, but when you maybe limited to mixture of credit card buys to get this all you get what you can afford to get you setup...

Teh fan i proberly will end up getting due to a pc fan sure wouldnt be enough for air flow under a 400w an the heat that makes, so im hoping the 9inch fan maybe better as a starter.

I seem to read everywhere you do need a conductor switch so its a possible if i get confirmation its needed in a mandatory way from more experinced growers.



The think which is confusing the pickles out of me about the Wilma system, is the watering side of it. You need to feed it muiple times per day. but it makes it sound like you need 2 different timers EG 1 for Lighting and 1 for the feeding pump.

Can anyone elaborate if my thinking right or not about managing wilma and lighting timers because its a tad confusing even after reading threw wilma grows an info about that system.

I never done php or temp checks on any grows i just been using british luck an so far its paid off.So the thermo above is optional due to the watts upgrade i would be jumping to from cfl soil growing.
 
my last soil grow was as good as most hydro grow ive seen in this site,its a matter of how well you tend your plants and how much time you give to them,to me id rather smoke weed has not been over polished with tons of nutes,its not how it was meant to grow,and most people are doing it so they can sell it ileagly,all u have to do is some research,i grow it to smoke for meds,ill leave it at that! good luck

Im only thinking of personal meds use. Im also pretty dedicated to grows i do. I would just like to grow enough to last instead of meeting the dude behind the bike shed...

thats why ive been reading up about wilma an bigger lights an all the above is what im pretty sure i would need, to make the jump from soil over to hydro. Because my current harvests tend to not last enough before my next few zips are ready or been curing for a while.

Thjen i just need to work out a fan or fitering system an i think im done.


I say done because out of the 200 views on thread only 1 persons replied an well his advice didnt help at all. no hints that anything ive picked is any good or anthing like where to go for ideas. just nothing at all about what i posted other than a sentence with "if you want to grow good bud". not pointers or anything.


so im asking anyone reading thsi thread right now. IS anything i have posted in the last 2 posts of this thread any good in any way shape of form for growing. for someone jumping from small cfls up to hydro wilma growing world?


even if the sringe is good atleast tell me or il feel this fourms useful cause no way can a thread get 200 views an not a single bit of helpful advice unless all hydro growers dont care to share there knowledge or helpful tips to others heading into there growing world.
